Ashanti's new album drops today. And while there are all sorts of rumors flying around whether or not her new album "The Deceleration" is going to be a flop or a success, the self-proclaimed "Princess of R&B" spoke to Clay Cane of Claycane.net on a range of topics.

Is the music industry racist? As a women was Ashanti feeling her beau's sexually laced video "Tip Drill"? And more. Check it out below.
Clay caught up with the popular entertainer recently to chat it up about politics, the notorious music business and of course her boo Nelly. Take a listen.
SOHH.com also caught up with Ashanti. And in a recent interview she holds nothing back as she begins to break down all the seediness that happens in the industry behind the scenes.
I'm also hearing that Ashanti might abandon her career in music for a future in movies. Ashanti says, "I'm always reading scripts. I'm even looking to get into some behind-the-scenes work. Maybe do some co-producing. It's all about taking chances. You can't be afraid to try something different."

Looks like Diddy feels somewhat slighted over a cuff link company that he feels is infringing on his trademark name. The company is called Cuff-Daddy [cuff-daddy.com], and as we all know Diddy is, and has always been known as Puff Daddy.
Well apparently the music mogul is not happy and has put his attorneys on the family owned cuff link company requesting that they stop using the name.
Streetz says: Ummmm I think Puff needs to fall back on this one. Doesn't he have bigger problems?
