Kimora & Russell: It's Starting To Get Ugly! DMX Arrested Again, + Lil Wayne Has No Plans On Giving Up The Syrup Anytime Soon!

Just when it was looking like the Simmons' were having a peaceful divorce....
It looks like not all is well between Kimora and Russell.
It seems that one of the founding fathers of hip-hop is seeking to share joint custody with his fashioninsta former wife and their two kids. But it looks like she's not having it.
According to legal documents that have been exposed Russell Simmons is seeking to share the kids he shares with Kimora, but she's NOT HAVING IT.
The previous divorce paperwork that Kimora filed - asked for her to get sole custody of their Baby Phat model children. Kimora Lee tried to block her ex by asking for sole custody when she filed for divorce back in March. Check out the legal document below.
OK, I'll call it: DMX is officially done. The Mt. Vernon born MC has been arrested AGAIN! This time for driving like a bat out of hell on an Arizona highway. Here's what TMZ is saying:
According to police, stationary cameras first snapped DMX in triple digits around 8:24 PM . One minute later he was spotted again -- this time doing 114. Three minutes later he was clocked doing 101 ... and he did all that in a 1966 Chevy Nova II.[Source]
It looks like we should go ahead and get our obituaries written up for Lil' Wayne. In a recent interview that will be in June's Blender magazine it seems that Wayne is not afraid of death. SOHH much so that he has no plans on quiting his codeine-cough-syrup addiction. Here's what he had to say:
Your friend Pimp C died from a codeine-cough-syrup overdose. Are you afraid that stuff is going to kill you too?I’m never afraid to die, ’cause I could walk out this b*tch and a lamp could fall on my head. A mosquito could bite me! I was shot when I was 12, and I had to get a blood transfusions, so I have to get tested for HIV every six months ’cause I got different blood in me. I could die that way. I get migraines real bad on the left side of my head. When I blow my snot, my doctor was like, “What color’s the mucus?†I checked, and the mucus came out red from the left nostril. They said I needed an MRI, but I can’t get into a magnetic field, because I have metal fragments in my chest from when I got shot. We can never figure out what’s wrong with me. So I don’t be tripping. I be pouring it up."
Damn, I wish lil homie would have more value for his own life especially since he has a daughter. I'm just sayin...
But I was surprised to here about Pimp C. I thought that they couldn't determine the cause of his death? Where the hell have I been?
