Ray-J and Whitney Houston Seen "All Over Each Other" Last Night! Plus, Foxy Is Free And I've Got Info!

The streetz of Atlanta are buzzing over last nights surprise appearance by one of today's legendary most, and drugged up divas. Do I need to say "allegedly" at this point?

But it's who she was with that has everybody talking.

The Ray J/Whitney "are they or aren't they" rumor has been going on for a minute now. But with both of them laying pretty low these past few months it seemed that most people had all but forgot about the gruesome twosome [I mean c'mon it is kinda eepy crae if you think about it].

But last night guess who made surprise appearance at Atlanta's HOT 107.9's Hip-Hop Fashion show? Yeap, none other then Whitney Houston [44] and Brandy's little brother [27]. I hear they were ALL OVER EACH OTHER! The newly divorced songstress arrived late in the evening, and came in through the back entrance. She arrived in an unmarked black SUV where she remained for over twenty minutes before finally deciding to come inside.

She was seen holding hands with T-Pain's most favorite porn star, and I'm told the couldnt/wouldn't keep their hands off each other. .

UPDATE 12:11 ET: We know Fox needs her extensions did just right but this is ridiculous -- we're hearing that she's getting dolled up in a car, and her peeps say her appareance is "imminent."

UPDATE 11:37 ET: She's out and she's about to roll to her fans -- look out for a black SUV. Any minute now

UPDATE 10:45 ET: We're told she's out of the jail ... and probably getting primped and ready for her big reveal ...

UPDATE 10:39 ET: Full pandemonium. Where are all the pimpin' whips headed?

UPDATE 10:24 ET: A couple of white Rolls' and a big Benz just rolled up. That's how a diva rolls!
