I was cruising Ticketmaster.com like I do every week and I was suprised to find out that Amy Winehouse is hitting the streets of USA this summer. That's right people ya girl is coming stateside. I'm going to need Hollywood to lock up Lindsay Lohan, Whitney Houston, Paris Hilton, and anyone else who might further add to her demise. Unfortunately she will only be performing on the west coast..boo!! [Get Tix Here]

Look, it's a proverbial ghost town in the gossip realm SOHH far this week. I had heard about this MC rumor last week but really didn't want to address it because A. I don't believe it, and B. I just don't believe it. But what are you going to do right?

Word on the streetz is that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have been laying low with their budding relationship these past few months. But it seems that their new found relationship is about to take a sharp turn towards longevity because apparently he's popped the question to her, and she's accepted. Mariah was seen this weekend sporting what appears to be a diamond engagement ring.

Now let me say that I do not believe a word of this rumor. Nick is 27, and Mariah is on the cusp of 40. What in the hell do they even have in common? And let's not forget that Mariah is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And Nick is maybe worth a million. They aren't on the same level in any capacity. I'm already calling this one a faux rumor. But it's still my job to keep you all informed on the gossip right?

After the Sean Bell news that still has most the country outraged [well...most of the country's black people anyway] it seems we have modern day lynching on our hands that the United States Government is trying to keep quiet.

According to a new report, the racial tensions in this country is about to be kicked up a notch:

On January 30, 2008, Dieuvil was found hanging off the side of a U.S. Navy war ship with a cord tightly fastened around his neck. The Marines told Valerie, that circumstances are currently unknown regarding his death but suicide has been ruled out.

Black Marine Edward Dieuvil had mentioned to his sister Valerie that he was having problems with fellow Marines on the ship he served on. Allegedly, the Marines became verbally abusive towards him after they drank large amounts of alcohol.

Not satisfied with forthcoming information, Valerie took her story to a local news program (Help Me Howard) to provide a further investigation. After the story aired, Valerie informed the show, she was contacted by the Marines and then she broke off contact with the media and became uncooperative, unreachable and unavailable, according to the show.

Interestingly, this story doesn't even have one mention in the Google search engine. I snatched the video from the news site [yea, I'm good like that] in hopes of more media outlets picking up on this.





What is the damn world coming to? I mean are we making progress or is it 1950 all over again? All this racism just has to stop.
