Damn, another celebrity bites the drunken celebrity dust. Here's a picture of Carmelo in happier times.

I’m sure many of you have heard that NBA golden boy Carmelo Anthony has just smeared his already suspect good boy image with a DUI. Actually he hasn't been convicted yet, news sources are reporting this as a "suspected DUI". [What the hell is the difference?] Apparently the basketball star was arrested yesterday morning after drowning his sorrows just hours after his worst game of the season.

Here’s the official story:


The Nuggets forward was pulled over in his silver Mercedes at about 4 a.m., for weaving and for driving with his high-beams on, Denver police said. He was alone and driving on southbound Interstate 25 near 20th Street.

There was no accident and no one was hurt. Anthony, 23, failed a series of sobriety tests, and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, said police Detective Sharon Hahn. Source

Call me a heartless bastard, but I have no sympathy for the drunken celebrity that opts to not call a car service when they are sitting on stacks of cash.

Somebody call child protective services. And not on Amy Winehouse, but on the parents that would trust the admitted drug addict in the company of an infant.

Word on the streetz is that the world's modern day Tina Turner is about to hang up her stilettos – Permanently. Yes people, Beyonce Knowles is reportedly going to walk away from the stage after the recording is completed on her next anticipated album.

Notice how I didn’t say “highly” because sh*t Bey has been in our faces poppin’ her cat trap for more than ten years solid. I for one love her, but I really need her to go away for awhile. But sadly the rumor mill is saying that Beyonce is about to retire. Check out what NY Daily Times is saying:

The diva is currently working on a new album, but her cousin Angelica Knowles tells our source that it will be her last. Instead, Beyonce plans to spend her days scouting talent for new hubby Jay-Z's upcoming label, The Carter Music Group.

Beyonce's first protege is rumored to be an R&B artist named Chelsea Thomas. Her reps couldn't be reached for comment Source

I don't know about you all, but I am SOHH over all the Beyonce/Jay-Z rumors. I mean hell, nobody can even get a confirmation that two even jumped the broom.

This has to be one of the funniest political videos I've ever seen. Check out Detroit Mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick getting shut down at a recent Detroit City Council meeting. Yesterday was Kwame's first day back before the same city council members who voted to oust him in March.
