**Update** Report: Remy Ma & Papoose Are Getting Married!!

If Remy Ma’s recent conviction wasn’t shocking enough, you’re all going to really gag on this one. It seems that our girl Egypt was on to something a few weeks ago.
Remember a couple of weeks back when I posted a story on Remy and Papoose getting hitched? Remember how both of them came out the next day denying the engagement. And further added that he and the Brooklyn rapper are "just friends"? [Read Story Here] Well it seems that they both lied!

"We always wanted to keep our personal lives personal, so that's why we never went public with our relationship," he wrote in an e-mail to MTV News. "Right now, I just feel like she gotta live through me. Yes, we were scheduled to be married on a yacht April 27th. But due to circumstances beyond our control, we are now making arrangements to be married in prison."
The couple rebutted rumors earlier in the year when New York radio personality Egypt reported that the two would wed. The next day, Papoose told media outlets the reports were false. He shied away from the relationship question in spite of the affection he showed the former Terror Squad star in lyrics."Remy look good in person, just like she do in the magazines/ So I'mma stay close to Miss Martin like Dr. King," he spit on "Bonnie N Clyde," a mixtape collaboration between the two."
I hear Remy is not handling the conviction well AT ALL [Read Story Here]. Word is she sent her son down south to live with family when her trial started. Which leads me to believe that she already anticipated the conviction in her heart of hearts. Just my opinion.
But let me shout out Egypt. She is the one who put it out there first, and people tried to destroy her creditability. But at the end of the day she was right all along. From one gossipnista to the next - good job girl!!

New York, NY – April 26, 2008 Yardmon50 has released a new hit song titled "50 Bullets" about the judge's "not guilty" verdict in the killing of Sean Bell. This song follows last year's controversial "50 Shots" by "Papoose." Yardmon50 states : "I started writing the song the day after the shooting and within a week I had the song down." Botaniculture Records says that it planned to release "50 Bullets" one month after the shooting, but it was temporarily shelved due to production problems. Although, the subject matter appears to be even more relevant today. "Let 'dem dance a resistance to the beat of this song, says Yardmon50. "For this song is an expression of outrage at the injustice and insanity of the situation." There have also been 5 or 6 more deadly police shootings in New York City since Sean Bell was killed on November 25, 2006. Danny Pella an A&R representative for the record company says that: "One thing's for sure, we don't want nobody to think Sean Bell lived or died in vain, especially after today's verdict." In addition, the singer says that he believes this song "put's things in their real context... for the shooting was a tragedy of Shakespearean proportions." He states: "If he were alive today, Shakespeare himself would have probably remembered that it was at the wedding celebration where Christ performed his first feat. Well, how ironic is this? For a miracle is what we need now if we're going to get any justice and heal all the pain caused by this verdict." The artist states that the song is not necessarily political, but personal since he has experienced what police brutality is like first hand. The singer also denies any beef with Papoose because of the similarity of the titles of the songs. Pella states: "Yardmon50 is more of a crossover reggae dance music artist while Papoose is a rapper." The song also says that people should "united against hate." The public is invited to visit the Myspace page (myspace.com/yardmon50) and download the song with a portion of the proceeds going to a special fund for the environment set up in Sean Bell's name.
