**Breaking News** Not Only Is Foxy Going To Jail For One Year, But What's This I Hear About Her Lying About The Baby??

So I am dying in laughter over Inga Marchand's ungansta approach over her recent jail stint. According to TMZ.com, there were tears, jeers, and over all buffoonery at the hands of the Brooklyn rapper.

According to the popular news site here's what went down:

A source in the courtroom said Foxy was offered a nine-month sentence, but she turned it down. Her new defense lawyer, we're told, has been trying to get her to take the deal -- but not before she tried to get taken off the case. Judge Jackson is making her and another lawyer, Alan Stutman, stick with Foxy.

The rapperista has seemed contrite, we're told, dressed conservatively in a gray suit and handcuffs. She read a statement of apology to the court, but the judge, said a source, smacked it down, saying it was, "Too little, too late." At one point, Foxy turned to her mother sitting behind her and mouthed the words, "I love you."

Late yesterday evening, Foxy was sentenced to one year in Jail for violating her probation, which means she will remain on Rikers Island. According to court documents, if Foxy doesnt start any sh*t then she will recieve a reduced sentence of eight months.

But wait, there's more.....

Three weeks ago the SOHH News Department reported on Foxy's surprise wedding and baby announcement. But it looks like Fox Boogie has been caught in yet another controversy because her expected bouncing bundle of joy, was apparently nothing more then a few extra added pounds.

O1LT.com is reporting that according to an inside source, Foxy Brown is not pregnant after all. Speaking out of anonymity, a Rikers Island informat is claiming that the Brooklyn rapper is being held in the General Housing facility, which pregnant inmates are not sent to. The informat is also stating that all women have to surrender to a full medical examination - that determines any STD's, mental illness and pregnancy. Foxy is also said to be undergoing a thorough mental evaluation.

You just know LiL Kim is somewhere laughing her a*s OFF!!
