50 Cent & Kanye(esqe) Battle Part Deux? Nas Celebrates 34 Years Alive, Eve is "Viva Glam!", Diddy in Hot Water & More!!

You just had to see this coming. With the explosive reaction from 50 cent and Kanye West going head to head for the number one album. There are at least two other record labels that are pulling for the same attention. It has just been announced that powerhouse divas, Mary J. Blige, and Mariah Carey will battle it out for the number one album on November 20th. Mary’s new album, Growing Pains, and Mariah’s still untitled album are sure to have fans torn. Me personally, I’m team Mary.

It looks like Diddy is in hot water again â€" damn, this man stays in the news. According to a published report here’s what the “mogul†has allegedly done now:
Mogul SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS has been asked to turn in images of his rocks/rings to a Los Angeles court, to determine his involvement in an alleged attack on a man at a post-Oscars party earlier this year.The hip-hop star is accused of punching Gerard Rechnitzer in the jaw after the 27-year-old realtor objected to Combs' attempts to hit-on his fiancee at a Roosevelt Hotel party on 25 February.
Rechnitzer began court proceedings to sue Combs for the reported attack in March 2007 - although the rapper's lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, quickly dismissed the allegations as "completely baseless".
Rechnitzer's attorney, Michael M. Marzban, has now filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court detailing the prosecution's request, and he hopes the evidence of the size and shape of the expensive jewellery will be consistent with his client's injuries, proving Combs' part in the incident.

Apparently Curtis has double booked two award shows which means he basically have to be in two places at once. In effort to pull off this incredible feat he’s booked three helicopters, a fleet of SUVs and a team of ex-special forces to ensure he and his entourage have a smooth journey. You know he could give some of that money to the Jena Six cause â€" but I can see how the comfortableness of his entourage is more important.

If I had the money to send to the Jena 6 I would especially if I was a star. However I do think stars like 50 Cent, Kanye West and many other rappers send money to the Jena 6 because they can do a lot more for their people.
Does the Jena 6 get a raw deal? YES, absolutely, but too often we as black folks come to the aide and rescue of niggas that's doing wrong and find ways to attack those who try to do positive things in our community. Al Sharpton catches heat, Oprah catches heat, Cosby catches heat, you got Black journalist talkin about how Black Obama ISN'T, so on and so on, but we support Mike Vick, OJ, and Jena 6 cause they got a raw deal. My thing is, if they wasn't fuckin up in the first place they wouldn't need our assistance. For this fat bitch to say 50 should give his money to Jena 6 is dumb!! First you don't know if he has done so already. 2nd it ain't his responsibilty. It's the parents responsibility to keep their children out of bullshit. And when the parents don't do their jobs it's up to blacks with money to come to the rescue?!?! Or even up to me to give money when I don't make but $45 a year?? Fuck that!!!
