For all my aspiring songwriters out there, Ne-Yo wants to make your dreams come true. The songwriting genius, along with yahoo music is launching a unique contest in which fans can submit lyrics for a song to be recorded by the R&B star in October (07). The set of lyrics that wins an online vote each week will then be used by Ne-Yo in a song he'll record in October.

All the hoopla surrounding Amy Winehouse has finally settled and the official word is that she in fact in Rehab for cocaine abuse. According to published reports, the Rehab singer flew to a treatment center in America this past weekend to deal with an addiction to heroin and cocaine. I know some of you might be scratching your head saying Amy who, but this chick is the truth – musically. I hope she can recover, I would hate for another tragic star to fall from grace.

This has to be on the greatest thing about America. The fact that you can sue anybody! I'm kidding of course, but this read this story of a man who is attempting to sue 1-800-Flowers over them putting him on blast.

Leroy Greer, a car salesman, called 1-800-flowers.com and sent flowers to his girlfriend. 1-800-flowers.com subsequently sent a receipt to Leroy's house. The trouble? Leroy shares his house with his wife, who thus discovered Leroy has a girlfriend.

Leroy says, at the time, he had been in the process of getting divorced, but had hoped to reconcile with this wife. Now she's set on splitting and demanding a much larger settlement. He's asked for $1 million from the florist. But, so far, the florist ain't paying. I swear, you cant make this stuff up. Full Story
