JD Joining The Def Jam Fam? Kimora Simmons Acting The Fool?

Word has it that Jermaine Dupri is in talks to join the Island Def Jam crew. This story came out a few months ago when JD first left Virgin Records. But now it's looking to be a bit more true than before.

Ironically, When JD first started So So Def Records and brought it to a major label Arista, L.A. Reid was head honcho at Arista. And now, they could possibly reunite at Island Def Jam. People are saying JD's a double threat because he can produce a ridiculous amount of hit records, as well as appear on peoples' records as a featured artist. JD, Jay-Z, and L.A. Reid all in one place...is't this a monopoly on music or something? We'll see....

Russell Simmons needs to come get his wife. Yeah--wife, because they still haven't gone through with the divorce. Kimora Simmons was at Alicia Keys' 26th b-day party last night at Bed in NY (the article has the wrong year) and cursed some random chick out in fron of the whole party. She told the lady "Get out my face b*tch!" The chick is not a celeb and KiKi had her escorted out the party. The reason is because KiKi says "She's jealous of me." Apparently Alicia wasn't feeling the drama Kimora always brings to a party and she completely ignored her for the rest of the party. No wonder why Russell can't handle this chick. He's probably scared to divorce her psychotic ass...

Word on the street is that the mixtape saga is continuing. Big stores like Best Buy and Circuit City all over the country are pulling any and all mixtapes off their shelves starting yesterday. It's not a game....
