NAS' SECRET IS OUT, OUTKAST BREAKS INTO SOLO ALBUMS?

Escobar is having a secret concert next Monday (Dec 18) much like Jay did the day before his album dropped. Except this is one concert--not 7, and this one aint free. It's still going to be poppin off though. It goes down at Webster Hall in the NY and is hosted by Hot 97. You can get the tix here.

Nas Freestyle

So people around the net are saying Nas got hemmed up by this DJ a couple weeks ago on the freestyle tip. You be the judge.

Andre 3000 with a solo rap album? Oh yes. Word on the street is that Andre is getting ready to drop his first solo album late 2007. This dude has been on a whole lot of remixes as of late--possibly getting us ready. And the rumor mill is saying that Big Boi is dropping his solo album in the summer of 2007. Suppposedly the Outkast crew may be doing these solo releases because they want to end everything on a high note after the flop of Idlewild. Only time will tell...

I also heard Foxy Brown is in talks to release an album in April 2007. No one knows on whose label though. But word has it G-Unit is the most probable suspect. Another female MC may just do the Unit some good....
