SOHH... Bonecrusher will be holding it down on the next season of VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club". Clearly folks were trying to figure out why in hell Wayne Hardnett (Bone Crusher's government name) would do a show like "CFC." But the label-hopping cat let me know the deal about that, Angie Stone and his upcoming projects in my interview with him yesterday...
Bone said people are going to love him on the show. He's just an all around cool cat. And as for getting into scrappin' matches with any of the other cast members on the show -- he said none of that went down with him. Probably because his housemates thought it would be best not to f*ck with him just based on sheer looks. That was probably for the best. When I asked him what his fans will think about him being on the show, he said "I'm a monster. Prepare yourself."

Anybody that watches this show knows Harvey the trainer is a crazy ass man that is never scurred of any contestant on that show. And Bone said that we'll all see a different side of Harvey that we've never seen before. Whatever that means.
Bone decided to do the show because he talked to Bizzare of D12, a good friend of his who was on the show last season, who told him Harvey would hook him up. So he agreed and ended up getting on the show. While he couldn't tell me just how much he lost, he did say he lost "something" and it's helping him live a better life. But he made sure to let me know he can handle his shit -- onstage and off -- regardless of the weight.
Angie Stone is also on the show with him, and no, nothing went down between the two. He said they were really good friends before the show and she's lost a good amount of weight too.
Right now, Bone is filming a horror movie in Santa Monica, CA and is going on tour next month. He'll be hittin up the Midwest and then back to the ATL of course. He's on his grind trying to get Shawnna on the tour with him. His album Release The Beast that dropped last week is basically all unreleased materials from all his different labels he was on. And his upcoming album that will also be released on his own label will be Planet Crusher. The first single will be "Feelin Me" and it's set to drop soon.
They still have one more show to tape and Bone said not to get it twisted. Cuz he got hyped as hell onstage before the weight loss, and he's just gonna be a monster after it.

Meth'salbum has been pushed back. 4:21...The Day After hits stores August 29. The album features special guest appearances from Fat Joe, Styles P, Ginuwine and Redman with production by RZA, Erick Sermon, Scott Storch and Denaun Porter. I wonder if that push back had anything to do with Meth calling Hov out a few weeks ago. He told sources that Hov needs to start being a businessman and putting real rappers out whose records are finished. And he needs to stop spending so much time on all these untalented folks on the label and trying to make the hip hop artists sound Pop. Fightin words?
