JD told a media outlet that Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears are nothing but copycats of his main chick Janet Jackson. Apparently, he's a lil peturbed at the fact that nobody in R&B/Pop is original. He been telling other media folks that Janet basically kicked off this whole dance hard-sing light-look sexy trend and everybody in the game now is doing nothing but copying her. And of course, he had to bring Hov's chick Beyonce into the mix. He said:

"Only Janet records sound like her. I always look and think, 'Where's Beyonce going to be in 20 years?' It's hard for me to visualise. I don't put them on the same plane."

Damn. I definitely agree with him on the lack of originality and about Janet being swagger jacked, but isn't he part of the problem since he produces damn near everybody's shit in the game anyway? It's funny how he left Ciara's name out this mix too. JD may wanna just stick to producing his lil proteges Bow Wow and DFB. Cuz we ALL know they could use some help (mainly DFB) in the originality arena. I'm just sayin.
