Diddy gave an interview this weekend about all of his upcoming and current success. He said that him having the No. 1 and No. 2 songs in the country right now shows how he and Bad Boy are on top. Apparently, he was talking about Yung Joc's and Cassie's singles. But I do know he may wanna check those numbers again before gettin all hyped about them being in the top 2. Billboard and some others may disagree.
He let everybody know that since every other hip hop label has been sold or just not handling business, Bad Boy is the only one holding it down. Was he right when he told us he won't stop and that "ten years from now he'll still be on top?" That would be some crazy ish to say the least.
His new R&B album, Press Play, will be released October 3rd. The first single is with Nicole from The Pussycat Dolls called "Come On". His people are heated about it being leaked so the file has gotten yanked off of the internet file sharing sites. But you can check out another single off the album here called "Gettin Off."
The CMR boys are getting ready to bring more new music to the game. Check out Baby and Lil Wayne's new single from their forthcoming album, Like Father, Like Son, "Stuntin' Like My Daddy". I'm definitely down with Weezy, but this track just rings of some suspect material. I'm not sayin...I 'm just sayin...
And how convenient is it that video of Gillieairing out Wayne just hit the internet streetz. Friday I let y'all know about the beef goin down between Gil and Weezy. The video drops even more knowledge about what Wayne is really about. And did this Gil dude say B.G. is Weezy's real father cuz he really raised him? Damn. And that comment about kissing a nigga for a check? Just, damn.
