LUDACRIS & KANYE WIN CASE. BEYONCE MAKES JAY-Z GO ON A DIET.

Yesterday, Ludacris and Kanye West won thecopyright infringement case against them. The not-so-popular trial concluded that one of those songs - 2003's "Stand Up" - did not copy a tune by New Jersey musicians.

Kanye wasn't in court, but Ludacris has this to say:

"The only thoughts and ideas I borrow from are those of my own. I hope the plaintiffs enjoyed their 15 minutes of fame. This whole experience is proof to me of why I will always fight for what I believe in."

It's Only Family or I.O.F. (the group that sued them) said they will be appealing the case.

Anyway, did anyone ever get to compare the two songs? They probably stole from them for real.

Word is Beyonce made Jay-Z go on a diet. Since she got good results from her cayenne pepper and water diet, she decided Jay could use some shaping up as well. Rumor has it that Jay gave up his favorite junk food, candy, and lost a total of 15 pounds.
