Good afternoon y'all-- Got some crazy performance videos for y'all to peep while you're pretending to finish up some work this afternoon. Up first:
Wow...... I can’t even ... man....
When I first peeped this video of Lloyd performing Weezy’s “Lollipop”, I thought damn, talk about licking somebody's, uhh, lollipop!
But halfway through, I said, damn, maybe this shoulda been HIS record. Unfortunately, had it been, it probably wouldn’t chart or sell. Check it out.
So, if you’re like me and didn’t have time to attend this year’s Summer Jam (truthfully, other than learning that Public Enemy was on the roster, the sh-t didn’t faze me one bit) you might’ve caught that crazy, random freestyle that Kanye West spit on stage. If you didn’t, you may want to peep it... and see if you can tell me what “baby boy” he’s congratulating... hmm...

i'm from Jersey and i didn't care for it, never did after i think the 2nd or 3rd year they threw it..... and that feeling hasn't changed since!!!
they might as well join with one of them Southern-Based Radio Station Concerts as a collaborative effort...... but then again actually i did have the radio on and almost thought i was vacationing in Miami again or some shit.....
damn is this the era it sucks to be an East Coast artist, or is it that the shit we get bombarded with as "art" just isn't that good anymore!
