Okay, maybe not all of them, but there was a great deal of that going down this episode. Before we get into that, however, I need to start off with something very important.
The episode begins with Khia still tripping about how Serch gave her the business about her "R-E-S-P-E RESPECT ME!" song/rant, DESPITE the fact that it had NOTHING to do with the subject matter they were supposed to be rapping about. Wow... at this point, I'm tripping. Hasn't anyone tried to call her out on the fact that her lil' ditty was pre-written?! That must prove how much cats really DON'T check for Thug Misses.
Except, for perhaps, one person...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
(yes, that was necessary!)
I got to give a shout out to VH1. What a clever way to get us to watch the series premiere! A-sholes...
So, because of Khia's fallacy, Lionez has been allowed to return. YAY!
In order to chose the teams for the next competition, Yo-Yo and Serch tell the ladies that they are going to have a tracksuit pageant (not a swimsuit pageant, as Lady Twist previously panicked). The girls have to pimp out their suits to reflect their personalities. Yeah... alot of skank going on in these outfits.
AND GUESS WHO THE F-CK THEY GOT TO JUDGE THE DAMN CONTEST? Charli "I Sucked Biggie's D-ck After He Finished Boning Faith Raw Dog and Am Proud Of It" Baltimore! Damn, ego trip...y'all are GOOD at resurrecting the dead... who should we look forward to next week, Mia X? Sole?
Honestly, her appearance on the show isn't really worth mentioning, just like her entire stint on Murder Inc. And honestly, all of the girl's outfits looked tacky.. except for Byata's, which me and Chuck B agreed on.
But I figured out why Chucky liked hers so much.... that's her twin sister!!
Byata does win the contest, and her and Lionez have to choose teams to take on the challenge with. Again, Byata picks her lesbian lovaaa, Chiba. Again, D.A.B. is picked last. Damn.
What the girls now have to do is come up with an (ORIGINAL) 16 bar verse and hook about what terms them on. Seemingly simple, right?
What they didn't account for was the fact that they had to perform it at a club. And not just any club. "Moonshadow-- Where EVERY night is LADIES' NIGHT!" Yeah, man. It's like that. Hah, they thought they were gonna get some d-ck!
I don't know why these chicks were acting so scared for-- I'm pretty sure most of 'em have been tongued down at least once, perhaps at an ex-boyfriend's request. Doesn't make them bad people. I wonder if the two most covert overtly gay chicks in the house (Lady Twist and Lez-Byata) got a lil' fist action that night... hmm...
Now, what happens next proves to be quite interesting. In prep for the show, Ms. Cherry spent most of her time dissing D.A.B. and Lionez for not being lyrically on point... but then, this b-tch forgets her lyrics on stage-- AND THEN LEAVES! What the f-ck is that?!
Those ladies looked ready for lunch, right? Dayyuuuuum!
Byata, as we have learned, also f-cked up her lyrics. But I don't agree with Chiba; I think she did the right thing by freestyling the lyrics. And I would've also did like Rece and abandoned that weak 2 step.
(SIDEBAR: Yeah, I know, I said I thought Rece was a bum bytch. But in this ep, she actually doesn't come off as that bad-- personality wise. She needs a fashion cop to come and club her with a shopping spree/spa certificate and tell her to stop taking cues from Remy Ma. Peroxide blonde is cute on NO ONE.)
Not only does Byata's team wind up winning, but she wins the "Miss Thang" award, meaning she gets to "Push It" in the Salt-N-Pepa suite. By the way, what the F*CK was up with Nicky2States getting all hot and heavy with the Force MDs blow-up doll? I say, let her have a couple of rounds with it. At least it won't result in her 5th child.
Aww... Byata and Chiba got into a lover's quarrel. How cute. ::Yawn:: Anyway...
Lionezz' team, of course, is up for elimination, and what they must do now is flip it and turn out a rhyme about what turns them off. Here's what I noticed about their rhymes:
Ms. Cherry-- Where was the incense? I mean, you were NOT on Def Comedy or Def Poetry Jam. And if you were, this would be the episode Russ didn't even bother to show up for. Sh-t was wack as hell.
Lionez-- Wow. WTF was she talking about?! Is it me or does she NEVER stay on topic?!
Lady Twist -- Always a pleaser. Was COMPLETELY on point. I'm sorry she was even thrown into this hot mess. Mark my word-- if she doesn't win the entire competition, THIS SH-T IS RIGGED. AND SHE'S THE YOUNGEST GIRL THERE!
Nicky2States-- I had to give it her for coming humble on this one. This was a way more attractive Nicky, and it made me want to listen to her more.
D.A.B.-- Sorry to say it (cuz you know I was rootin' for her) but I was already to pack her bags when she slipped up the first time.
Apparently, the judges agreed with me.
You gotta laugh at MC Serch's "Fall back, ma. You're safe." He is something else. But you know what I like about him? He's not disrespecting this women, but he's not letting them get away with SH-T! For some reason, I get the impression that this show isn't just a check to him. I didn't watch The (White) Rapper Show... was he the same way on that show, too?
Let's look at this for what it is. D.A.B. stated that she had only been writing for a year, right? If she's serious about that, she should take some time to work on her fundamentals and THEN get back in the game.
I just hope she doesn't go back to drugs.
NEXT EPISODE: Byata minus Chiba= BREAKUP! Insults are hurled... what happens after the love is gone?
Thoughts? Comments? Think Serch is secretly pining for one of the contestants? And do you honestly think we've seen the last of Khia? (admit it, it was a lil' too easy)

The white rapper show...yeah he was the same way. If you didnt come with it, you heard the "you need to give me your sneakers yo, you need to step off!!"...lol.
The White Rapper show was better because when Search gave them a topic to rap about in the elimination rounds that's what they rapped about. They got in the room and wrote a damn rhyme as evidenced by them often forgetting the lyrics they wrote. The first week of this show all the ladies remembered all their lyrics and none of them were on topic except Lyoness in my opinion and Khia ironically.
*
This week they fell apart in the elimination round because the Khia disqualification scared them into actually trying to write like there were supposed to be doing all along. They were forgetting lyrics and lost confidence thinking their fresh off the dome rhyme wouldn't be good enough when it was actually better than that mess they or some ghost writer slaved over before they even got on the show.

I'm still rooting for my homie Chiba, but she is a pain in the neck.
Nicky2States...get it from behind....take this cookie..take this cookie....lol....is it me or does she look like rakim....
i agree with u bre, i c Lady Twist winning this thing......khia will be back as a judge or something.

So far, only two of these women have any real potential: Lady Twist and Rece Steele. Twist is real nice with it, she stays on topic, may have the best flow in the house, and is crazy humble (she can make fun of herself). Rece...I still need to hear sis on some focused material, but I like her voice and presence. How much you want to bet her mother will be making an appearance on this show? Rece said her mom does not support her and doens't even like Hip-Hop anymore...sounds like an episode to me.

It was actually from Gangstress, not Thug Misses. I am constantly amazed at the poor excuse for journalism - if I can even call it that - at this site.
This show has got me by the b@lls. It's funny, it's ingnorant, it's raw/low-budget and it's hip hop to the core. Serch and the rest of the Ego-Tripp crew definetly are exploiting it, but with a touch of class as they stray away from being cheesy/raunchy, a route that they can definetly take this too.
Peace to the show can't wait to watch the season through and through...

(shakin my head as i give my tv the side eye of death) everybody at vh1 please go kill yo ~seellff!!
Oh quit the excuses, SOHH Breezy! Don't blame me for pointing out that anyone can read it one of two ways; blame yourself! Maybe some quotations or italics could have helped, but why should I have to tell you that? That's your job! Or don't they have editors at SOHH?
Look at this dribble: paragraphs bleeding into each other, spelling-mistakes galore,,,this is a poorly-written piece, plain and simple. It's inexcusable, it's unacceptable, and as hip-hop readers and writers, we should do better. Much better.
Yeah pretymuch Search was the same way on White Rapper Show in particular when Sullie just quitso yeah I do think he legeitmatlly cares about this also Ilike the fact that he tries to get the contestants to cut back on the profanity because you can say more with out curseing like a sailor
Man, that show is a JOKE. NONE of those rap chicks deserve a record deal. All of those Rap chicks are straight GRABAGE! NONE of those rap chicks are as good as Lauryn, Foxy, Kim, Mia X, MC Lyte, or Salt N Pepa. The only female rappers who I consider HOT who came out in the past 8 years are Shawnna and Remy Ma.
The HOTTEST bitch spittin in the SOUF!!!!!!!!!
