Bird -- this is for you, lady!!! :)
You know what? I'm glad I took a day off of this show so that I could fully process what went on last night. (Well, that's not why I did it, but hear me out). That will prevent me from steping through the bullsh*t and getting down to business-- trying to figure out what the f*ck is wrong with these n*ggas.
But let me start off with the beginning, 'cuz I thought it was pretty interesting.
Man, f*ck Ritalin. The untapped remedy to an Attention Deficit condition is champagne, because as soon as Diddy gets some in his system, he doesn't act like he has something itching in his pants and can actually calm the f*ck down.
Excuse me-- SHAM-PAG-NEES. What the f*ck?
Damn, you can take the n*gga out the ghetto....
So yeah, Diddy rented a yacht and decided to take his protegees out frolicking for the day.
Problem is, Day26 start acting really ignorant about water. I'll let Country Dumb tell it:
Willie: Black folk don't need to be in water. We need to stay on land.
WOW.
I don't know what was more hilarious: that comment, Big Mike squealing about leaping into the water, Dawn's dead on Porky-Pig/Beat-Box esque impression of him, or....
the fact that the kids got Diddy to talk about the women he loved from the past, present and future, not including Fonzworth Bentley.
Sheeeeeiiiiiit, they shoulda got him DRUNKER and got him to talk about Laurie-Ann, AND MAYBE IT WOULDA WENT LIKE THIS:
"Yeah, I choked the bitch. She was f*cking with my shine, acting like I wasn't hot. I'm hot every year, g-ddamn it and her single ain't even chart! I drink sham-pag-nee just so I can p*ss it! Bad Boy, baby!"
"Enough of that sentimental sh*t." The hoes only get 1 DAY of vaycay. Daddy still needs those hits.
Aight, I won't bore you with the entire episode re-cap, just to mention that it takes place during the final stages of recording everyone's album (not sure about Donnie, though) and ends with the albums being wrapped up. I do want to mention a few things:
1) I love Dawn. Love, love, love Dawn. In fact, like someone similarily expressed a few MTB4 posts ago, she's the one I'm waiting for to break away from the group and really get it popping. But that "Light Off" track she penned wasn't that hot-- lukewarm at best. But that may be production's fault, not hers.
2) So... Donnie has a song named "Spank Me". Wow. Seven is really going in on him, literally. I like that little "she got down on the floor on all fours" part though.
Yeah, okay.
ANYWAY--
The drama starts due to Day26 recording some track with the vocals all f-cked up, thanks to Brian trying to outsing everybody. Diddy hears it and goes off on a tirade, but not without singling out Country Dumb and for being "all-star players", then going on to insult the weights of Robert (HA HAA HA HA HA), Brian (I hadn't noticed) and Big Mike (you just can't win, can you, fella?)
Big Mike takes it in stride and gets to working on the pounds, while it just makes the other two start to get snippy with each other. In fact, Brian earned himself the title of Bitchass The Second.
Somehow a fight ensues over a shower... and feelings are hurt... and of course, it had to be Brian to elicit the requisite MTB, let-me-show-you-how-hardcore-I-am outcry:
(insert hand claps here) "I'll f*ck somebody up, I don't give a f*ck, send me home, n*gga!"
Knowing FULLY WELL that if and when it does come to that point, they'll be crying like Mario Winans in "I Don't Wanna Know".
Aubrey, feeling like she can maneuver the powers of the house (probably because of that stupid ass Wonder Woman bandana she was wearing-- I swear, this bytch got ONE MORE TIME to rock some ugly ass headgear) tries to get Den Mama (YES!) to talk to the guys about their feelings.
Here's my take-- both of y'all are bitchasses, stop fronting and jump in the shower together!
Then a lil' later they get into ANOTHER argument which proves to be as equally futile as the first. By now, everyone in the house is getting mad, and me too. Do these ig'nant ass muthaf*ckas know that (as wack as we think he is, we gotta give him credit) what they're doing at this very moment? They've been chosen out of THOUSANDS to record an album on Diddy's label!
Now see, that's where I think the problem stems. They all know this, and they all trying to show Diddy what they can do. Why? Here's my theory.
All of these guys are aware that Diddy's into breaking up groups at a whim (D-A-B-A-N-D), so if it ever comes to that, they're hoping he knows what they can do and will possibly give them the option of a solo deal. But they need to refocus their selfishness, because right now, they're all used to being leads, and they all can't play that position. Even Country Dumb was able to acknowledge that fact...
Wait-- didn't we JUST deal with this topic and Robert? Now Brian.
It's bitchassness redux!!
But honestly, I don't think Brian's that much of a bitchass. Yeah, he's exhibited the Bitch Syndrome a time or two, but not like Robert! (QUESTION: Do y'all think Robert purposely tried to tick Brian off with the argument in the van?)
But, you know how everything gets settled? With a voice (read: therapy) session with Ankh-Ra. Rob and Brian were able to surpass their issues and acknowledge the good in each other. I swear, this dude's people skills are on ANOTHER level. He just KNOWS how to get people to shake off the bitchassness-- it ain't always fool proof, but it works the majority of the time. Maybe if I go to him and sing some off-key notes he can help me address my relationship issues, I don't know..... ha ha ha.
What did y'all think of the fights? Were you able to pick a side?
MORE IMPORTANTLY: It's got 3 members down. WHO WILL CATCH THE BITCHASSNESS VIRUS NEXT?!
NEXT WEEK: The guys perform at Spotlight (which is rapidly becoming one of the hottest NYC hangouts for the glitterati and regular folk, by the way) and the mics go out. Time to display actual talent, fellas!
Holla at me,

The argument between Brian and Robert was so stupid it didn't even make sense, and I love Donnie especailly "Dr. Medicine" I love that song, can't wait till his album drop.
i agree with u both of them are bitchasses. robert is always whining a like a girl and brian is just mad he gotta lose weight and he didnt do as good as he wouldve liked to so he had to take it out on someone and robert was a great excape. willie wouldve probualy murdered him. q already let him know what it wuz hittin for. big mike wouldve murdered him so robert it had to be u bro. i dont care what anyone says aubrey is messin wit diddy on the low. q and dawn is still cute. i hate d woods hair. shannon looks like lil mama LOL bye
I keep saying every week that im not going to watch the next week. But here i am again. I still think the show is weak lol but..... I dont know u know in the beginning i really liked Robert and i still like his voice. But these senstive epiosodes he be going threw really bothers me. I agreed with Puff on all the weight gain. I noticed it on Robert and Mike, but didn't realize Brian had gotten bigger until he mentioned it and I started paying attention. I actually think the weight looks good on Brian. Speaking of Brian, dude has some serious anger management issues and I don't think anyone in the house can beat him now that he is all buff AND angry. He needs to cut it out because if they get their wishes they will be successful together for years.

I think Diddy was just starting sh*t by pointing out that Willie and Que are the only ones who were on point. I think it's true, but he didn't need to say it. He's lucky Brian didn't come after them. I guess he knows that if he f*cks with Diddy's pretty boys he will be shipped back to Houston on the next thing smoking.
I love the show and I love your recap. They crack me up. Good lookin' out!!!
1st let me start off with Puffy (my baby daddy)(lol) he so on point with the bitchassness in Day26 i really thought these guys were going to be the modern day New Edition but i don't know they really are becoming a disappointment (to me). Robert is truly the main bitchassness in the group b/c he gets into it with everyone b/c he can't be on every song and he's not all that to where he has to be the so call lead please robert i'm sick of it enough alreadyand for the whore of Danity Kane, Aubrey, she is diffently screwing Puffy i actually hate her and stop acting like your black we have enough problems within our race we don't need this hoe and her so called slang of the hood that she uses to try and fit in DK talk to girl before she gets a beat down always batting those Betty Boop eyes i'm sick of her, oh yeah VOTE OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!!
This break down was hillarious...
That Donni part had me rolling...

Am I the only one that hates when rob opens his mouth? This dude is the equilavalent of a female, his griping, and whining is outta control! Damn breezy why u gotta call willie "country dumb"? He appears to be the most down to earth in the group, it doesn't hurt that he is the best lookin... dawn is the best member in bk hands down, andrea is a wack singer and the rest are forgettable. I must admit that this season is quite a bore...
No bitch ass-ness please...
First let me say that I tink that Robert and Brian are bichess because if them n*ggas waz really bout that sh*t they would have been fadin in that house...But i think that n*gga robert is a b*tch tho' cuz he let dude get all in his face in what not....sshhiiittttttt....couldn't be me dude....Brian woulda got f*ckin molly whopped...but umm chea...i was really think ii was bout see them fade by the way they had that commercial goin...but its wat ever tho'....
I must admit that I’m starting to get disappointed with Day26´s behaviour. One of the things that I really admired in this guys was the unity and friendship they shown at the first season. Where that love went? Now they are constantly arguing for silly things and having stupid attitudes…. what’s wrong with you people? I understand that they are under a lot of pressure but c’mon get it right especially my two favourites Brian and Robert (Best voices period!). In my opinion Diddy dramatize a lot concerning weight issues, are they models or professional singers? I think their weight is just fine!
Concerning Aubrey I like her I don’t know why people hate on her so much, I don’t think she thinks or wish she was black. Our Urban Black culture has a huge influence in her so what’s wrong with that? She’s not the first and will not be the least. I don’t see anything wrong with her behaviour actually I think she is really funny and stunning.
"both of y'all are bitchasses, stop fronting and jump in the shower together!"
wow....seriously, I think Robert probably would, he is definately a little 'soft'. Just everything about him? I think Mike should stay the way he is...? I couldn't/don't wanna imagine him any way else - it's his character.
I have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard from the posts. Thanks to all for making my day!!!!
To Choalate: You hit the nail on the head about Aubrey. I have NEVER liked her.
I also have to admit I had a MAD crush on Willie, but his vocabulary (or lack thereof) takes away from his "fineness". I aint mad at Diddy. It's all entertainment, and at least the brother is getting PAID.
