Alright. I'm looking at Asian chicks on the stage right now, decorated in glitter and with painted stars on their face. They're tuning their violins, but I hear a sample of "Stronger" starting up. So you know what this means!!
I'ma keep it 100 with y'all, fam... I'm torn between being a member of the press AND a fan right now. It's hard keeping your composure.. it was REALLY hard when Chris Brown and Timbo came on stage.. I've been a fan of Timbaland for YEARS. But I kept it cool. I kept my panties on.
But its REALLY hard... especially wheh Timbaland is DEAD IN FRONT OF ME, filming a introducing Kanye's video.
AND Y'ALL.. I MET TIMBALAND!! I got to introduce myself and tell him how big of a fanI am. He was nice, shook my hand. SO, now, I'm making a rule: NO HATING ON TIMBALAND ON MY BLOG Y'ALL. SERIOUSLY. I mean, I was so hyped when I met him I wanted to say, "Ayo, F*CK SCOTT STORCH", but I didn't want to ruin OUR moment.
I also shook Rihanna's hand-- she was pretty sweet, too.
Kanye's performance was AWESOME. "Stronger" and "Can't Tell Me Nothing" sound AWESOME live, as most songs do when they're peformed live. And YES! He wore those damn shades-- DID I CALL IT OR WHAT?
But best of all, he bought Common out with him and they performed "Southside."
I gotta admit, this was pretty tight. I was feelin' it, no doubt.
The show's over now, and the kids are screaming because the casting director chick is giving away stuff. Hey, lady.... what about BREEZY?!

Some of us like that song and don't give a FUCK what the hood thinks of it.
Some of us are tired of hearing what ignorant cats like yourself think is hot or not, cause most of the time it's some straight b.s. like Weezy, Jeezy, Breezy, or whatever no talent having fake thug is "hot" right now (ever notice how all these niggas have the same sound and/or persona??)
I like Kanye's music, I like a lot of shit you probably don't like because you are who BET was referring to when they said music like Little Brother and De La Soul was too 'intellectual' for their fan base.
So next time a dumb-ass thought like that pops into your head do what your daddy should have done with the nut that created you and keep it to yourself!
the stronger song is ok. the use of the sample is obvious and boring. plus side it will get more people to listen to music outside of what old white men dictate to them as their culture. why the guy didn't use an japanese or asian woman in the video is stupid,lame and no amount of makeup can help. saw him in vegas and he's a wicked live performer. as for timbo the guy used the same base sample for icebox,my love etc. but he still bangs, although lazy.

The Hood is more conservative than the ignorant "Evangelical Christians" that d**k ride Bush. That is why cats in the game ain't sellin' well....they afraid to think out the box. Who you gonna care about: "the hood or the 80% majority buyin' C.D.s. "Stronger" has to be one of the best songs I've heard. "Ayo Technology" is standard Timberlake and Milli VaFiddy...I'll give Timbaland props for production though.

hahaha, who dissed stronger, and said the hood dont fuck with techno music crap? alot of 80s hip hop music were inspired by techno music, after bambaata came out with planet rock, when he sampled kraftwerk, which spawned the now old school westcoast sound (think eazy-e boyz in the hood) miami bass.. that mantronix thing.. just check your history, before u open your mouth, is all im sayin
