Nah, it ain't L-Boogie. Completing Nas week, I figure it's only appropriate to do the new video from his baby daddy, Jay-Z. Displaying the old-school jazzy stylings of new R&B/soul signee Chrisette Michele, "Lost One" [watch above] features the Jiggaman at his sappiest and most vulnerable.
There's little funny about this video except the underlying notion that Jay-Z really thinks he's the narrative character in the new Scorcese. I kinda wish there wasn't a song to this acting sequence. I would have been pretty content with laughing at a non-musical narrative a la "Fade to Black."
The fake Beyonce legs are pretty funny. This bleeding heart relationship spill-out shit is hilarious to me. "She ain't got no time for me. I looooove her." Sheeit. Whatever happened to "You know I--" [complete the first verse of "Big Pimpin'"] I'm not knocking being in love, I'm just sayin...

No, fellow haters. I'm sorry. There isn't shit funny about Jay's nephew dying in a car accident. There is, however, something psychotically comical about St. Louis Rams WR Isaac Bruce's ignorant ass surviving a car accident years ago and blaming the driver in the other car for her own fiery death because she didn't grab the wheel, close her eyes and call on the name of Jesus. (Yes, he really said that dumb shit in Sports Illustrated.)
