Apparently, Jay-Z's latest single, produced by Lucifer (AKA Son of the Morning) has a special message out there for aspiring Christians.
Fret not, dear children. For the book of 1 Prodigy, chapter 4, verse 22 reads "50 saved my life, not Jesus Christ."
What fucking song is he supposedly playing backward? How stupid do you have to be to sit in that house of swindling and swallow that bald sweaty nigga's salty crusade against our voice?

the track the preacher is talking about is an actual SKIT FROM THE GREY ALBUM. Remember the Danger Mouse (producer of Gnarls Barkley) mixtape? Where he took the Beetles samples from there "white album" and put them over Jay Z's Black album acapella's? We'll there's a skit on that cd before the "Lucifer" track. Danger mouse chopped that up. Jigga had NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT CD OR THAT SKIT.So that Reverend wa sout of line.

I think that anytime you give a group of people who are already uninformed about a certain topic, bad information you can convince them of anything. Especially in a church atmosphere. His "whats wrong with the world today" example was very out of hand and he went to an extreme to put down another man that is only human. He has made false accusations based on something totally irrelevant to a man who is not even there to derend himself. If this is what its like at the top, then I see why celebs do some crazy ish sometimes.

Yo, I can't stand for what ex-ministries stands for...they try to put limits on God and what God can use. They try and say that God can't use hip hop. Now, I do agree that hip hop nowadays is being used by the devil. Look at the things being embedded into our youth. And straight up...Jay does call him self "Jay Hova". I don' know anything about that song, or how old this is or anyting, but you gotta understand..it is not surprising. Truth be told, and this is gonna go right over too many of ya'll folks heads, if you ain't riding with God, you riding against Him. If you are not serving to further God's kingdom, then you are serving to slow down it's spread. Not purposely...understand that. Not many people go out and say "how can I get in God's way today?" It don't happen. But truth be told, when you ain't filled up with the spirit, the devil will use you and you won' even know it! So it wouldn't surprise me if this existed in that song. But you know what..the battle here on earth is not flesh versus flesh, it's in the spiritual realm. Ya'll think it's all science fiction, and I'm already expecting there to be some off the wall Internet Thugs comin at me about this, but I don't care.

I do want to make a point, as a Christian...that Christianity itself is not a religion. By definition, it means "Slave of Christ". And Christ himself rolled up into the church itself, and flipped tables over homey! Religion itself, any religion...is simple minded man trying to take the forever reaching powers and abilities of Jehovah God...and bringing into organization. And when that happens, when man dictates and does what we do beyond your human limits...we mess it up. When God himself came down to speak to the perfect man Adam, and the perfect female...he never named it "Godspeakinism". Because that was the very core of it all, relationship with God. And when these church folks stop playin church, and when religion stops frontin as "holier than thou", then and only then will the streets be touched and changed. And that's what I do....we take it to the streets and let them know it ain't about Religion, it's about Relationship. So brotha, between me and you...don't let religion define your thoughts and perceptions of Christianity. When you look right past all the people, and take it straight to Christ..and let Him personally light them steps you taking...THEN you are on the right path my brotha. What's goin on sista...I'm glad to know that you is a Christian. That means we'll be meetin up high in the skies. I want you to know this though, as a Christian...that stuff that is being spoken should not be entertaining to us. If you believe in Jesus and believe is is God...would you take Him to a Jay-Z concert if He was right next to you? And if you did...do you think He would be comfortable? Just think about it my friend.
Regarding the play on words...do you realize that way back in the old testament days....the name of God was considered so holy that it was not spoken. It was not even written. The original translation of God's name was not even pronounceable in the english language, it was written without vowels. I hear what you are saying about folks taking a "play on words" to serious, but I don't receive what you are saying...because God is too holy to be played with. You DO NOT play with the name of God. Jehovah is the name of our Lord. It's one of the ten commandments...do not take the Lords name in vain. That does not simply mean "do not say "GD". Now, it means do not apply the name of the Lord out of the context of the Lord's nature. Playing with the Most High's name is unacceptable.
Stay focused, stay in the Word and allow the Lord to reveal His truths. The are never-ending....real talk. And yo, just so you know...I was one of the worst. Four babies, four womens...impregnated sisters, etc.but you know what...God changed me. And He's using me to show the world his love, grace and mercy on people of the world, and He's gonna show the world through me that no matter what you come from, or how you used to be...that can be used as testimony for the Lord. That's why we take it to the streets, and speak to people and use Holy Hip Hop to let these folks know that there is an alternative.
