This has got to be some of the STOOPIDEST shit I've seen, like lighting a cigarette at a gas station. AND dude keeps talking. Oil flows to Eastern Europe (a huge market) and Asia (an even bigger and still developing market) through Iran. Or, it goes to (Exxon) ships on the Persian Gulf, who then have to sail all the way around Africa, or all the way through the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean to get to North America.
Now, there are also pipes that go through Syria and Lebanon to ships in the Mediterranean Sea, who then deliver it to Western Europe ($$$$$) or to North America by way of the Atlantic Ocean ( a much quicker and therefore cheaper route.)
So, who stands to profit if (Exxon) ships are able to get that oil from the Lebanese or Syrian ports, or control (take over) the pipes that go through Iran???????

Why do yall think news reporters get paid so much money for doing what they do. Their job is to get us the exclusive and that is all he was trying to do. If you were a reporter or trained to be a reporter you would know that when in this kind of sitution they teach you not to panic or make any sudden movements. I am not trying to make anyone feel stupid, but he had every right to be their because of Freedom of the Press. Any reporter is allowed to go anywhere in the world and not be harmed because all they are doing is reporting. Would you have rather had him reporting in a crowd of people or on the battlefield. He said the place had been deserted so why wouldn't it be safe to go there. Do you honestly think they would have had him reporting there if they didn't think it was safe. Come on people!

When we decreed that the Jewish people should have a nation state (Israel) obviously it pissed a whole lot of Arab muthafuckas off, Iranians, Palestinians, Jordanians, Syrians cos they hate the Jews. Now the US is just perpetuating that hatred by havin Israel's back (for whatever reason, financial obviously) as they set about bfuckin up the countries around them. You can't knock them for that cos they got that whole siege mentality thing goin on, everyone hates them and so they just fightin for their own. But the point is, if the US gave a shit and if the UK gave a shit we could be in there stoppin this madness. Let the Middle East do them, let the UN intervene and we should just concentrate supportin them wherever neccessary. My point is that its cool for the US and the UK to stir this shit up so we can repa the financial rewards, yet we're not willing to sort it out unless it has financial rewards. I mean the US has just rushed through a resoloution where Israel can buy a shit load of weapons off them.
