Taking a short break from Flavor Mania to let Talkin' Videos really do what it do, today's throwback comes from quite the unconventional musical selection. Did you know Mr. T made a rap album in the 80s? Yep! Nigga’s chains look like a damn neck brace. I heard he's dying of gold poisoning (i.e. I’m Gonna Git You Sucka). His video "Treat Your Mother Right" [watch it now] reminds us of the good old days... you know... before the junk took effect and his mohawk was all patchy.

Shouts to big homie Micah for the nod on this video. Listen to Mr. T breaking up a perfectly good session of the dozens with that damn convoluted logic... I’m not gonna argue with the nigga! Are you?

Did he pull that microphone out of his ass? Eddie Murphy was right in delirious! HUNNNNNNNHHHHH!!! "Hey, boy!... You look mighty cute in them jeans! HUNNNNNNNHHHHH!!! Now treat your mother right, or I'm gonna fuck you up the ass! HUNNNNNHHHHHH!!!!"

I mean, watch this man and listen to the song. He is either a functioning touchdown or shamefully being put up to this by the same people that wanted to make him into a marketing machine in the 80s. You know, the same bastards that had him in a cartoon and eating his own cereal with little graham cracker gold chains in it. "M is for the moan and the miserable groan!" Enjoy T and his high-level coonery.

I wish he would just burst out and say “mother… motherFUCKER!” I mean, how can they play B.A. Baracus like this? Did they make him drink some spiked milk before they put him on a plane, cut off his balls and had him sing off of a cue card? I know there wasn't much to work with from jump, but this dude look like a lobotomized version of Clubber Lang. I pity the nigga.

Fuck “Dear Mama.” This is the quintessential hip-hop mama record! I'm sorry, nothing is quite as subtle, beautiful or poetic as Mr. T coercing you to respect the woman you came from in his own special little Punky Brewster way! (Wasn't he on that show too?) He and Flavor Flav tag teamed your mother shortly after this video was released on NBC Saturday morning.

Seriously, this looks like a damn DMV instructional video for motherly care. Wow, they even got a retarded kid treating his mother right… so you know YOU have to!

Mr. T is leaving out a very important demographic. What if your mother is an abusive cokewhore with advanced Cank Stooch Disorder? I mean, CSD sufferers have been clinically proven to make shitty parents. They did studied on this shit! I seent 'em! The children are usually born with the subtle subconsious memory of crawling out of a tuna net at birth... then they are abused and shit. Mr. T is telling us that we have to carry bags and shit for these people?

The blame shouldn't be with the kids anyway. Nigga need to make the remix "Parents, Handle Your Bidness." It could debut today. Why not? We need it now more than ever.

  • But seriously, Mr. T. really did give a damn about the kids, I remember in Hulk Hogan's biography, he talked about when he and Mr. T. were promoting Wrestlemania at a press conference, and there was a gang of kids there, and when Mr. T seen all these kids, Hogan said duke just lost it, and went off on the kids, saying "What the hell are you kids doing here? you should be in school, you should be ashamed of yourselves, cutting school to see Hulk Hogan & Mr. T." he was telling the truth, however, it was hilarious to read that he was jappin' out on the babies like that.

    That fat bitch started off dissing that kid then the kid comes back with a hilarious snap "You so fat, they gotta jack you up to put your shoes on" HOLY SHIT!!! Purely good humor! Infact she got dissed so bad about her face that she tried to resort to mama jokes.
    I think the best part is the kid knowing he won that shit. The fat girl puts an arm around him and he walks off with a big smile.
