For the weekend, let's get into this new shit from Mary J... umm... sorry, Keyshia Cole.
Seriously, who the hell is this chick to be havin 4 singles? From the moment I saw "Love" [watch above] I knew we had a hood classic on our hands. The youngsters are definitely gonna pump this one. The video, starring Tyrese and his no-longer-singin ass, displays how true love... and having 4 singles out for no damn reason can get you out of some serious jams.

Personally, the girl has a unique strong sound...the cracking is just a musical melisma (meaning one word sang in mutiple notes). I didnt like it at first but i appreciate the difference now. I think she pulled it off quite well. And TRUTHFULLY there are no real "singers" anymore. The genre has went to shit. I think EVERYONES albums would sound like her's...coming from the heart...if producers didnt rape them with contracted bullshit. Thats why you always hear artist say on their SECOND or THIRD ablum "THIS IS ME"....!!! Well shit what was the FIRST!!!?....contracted bullshit!
