This week’s episode of The Negro Channel's Ultimate Hustler saw the flunkies-in-training competing for Dame’s attention at the most intimate level to date. Dame actually let these clowns run his operation for the day. This is why reality television sucks: Dame either put his business in the hands of these amateurs for real, or he was watching them all day and not REALLY getting anything done. Neither seem like a good call to me. So many fuck-ups I almost felt like I was watching a Police Academy movie.
The irony in this episode comes in that what was supposed to be the most serious and pertinent challenge ended up looking the most like Making The Band. We had niggas runnin around getting ice cream (if you wanna call Tasti-D-Lite that) for Kimora 2.0 (and letting it melt), ordering Better Burger, eating the Better Burger, stealing a diabetic’s candy, and putting shrimp on Dame Diddy’s plate after being told at least twice that he doesn’t eat seafood of any kind. Tischanda should have brought him an ascot to ice the cake. There were more food-related missions than actual business-related tasks shown in this episode. What’s wrong with this picure?
…Which reminds me, I need to tell Dark Kent to get my cheesecake this afternoon. (muahahahaaa)

Ray learned the effect of bad business as it cost him the trust and aid of his co-workers. When you get to your Summer Youth Employment Program jobs take this valuable lesson with you, children! Don’t piss in the same water cooler you drink from! And don’t take the cute little Puerto Rican girl on your job site to the $3 movie theater… Trust me on this! You'll end up like T-Pain and you'll buy her a walkman.
I can’t wait for the business propositions next week. I’m just upset Ray got the ax because his was the funniest to me. Dame Dash Real Estate for either Luxury or Low-Cost Housing? I would have loved watching him try to architect Dame Dash Projects. If I get paid I'm goin back and buyin up St. Nick Projects.

Ray is a true hustler. But there are two different kind of hustlers, the ones you want to continue to do business with and the ones that swindle you on a deal. And Ray is a sheister hustler. I like his performance, but he is a snake ass nigga. You cannot do business with a snake. Dashawn AKA Ridin'Dirty does not impress me. But yeah..Ultimate hustler...I personally think that Dame should have put all the contenders on the same projects from the first episode, give them a time restraint,2-4mths, and see who comes out on top. Like tell them they have a certain amount of weeks to come up with a new product or addition to his list of repetoire and show how'd they'd market it, where they would, who to, and let them find their own sources and connections. Have them in their own natural environment, and see who is a real hustler, without the t.v. fascade.

Some of you people need to do your research before making comments. Biggs was the other CEO of the Roc with Dame and Jay-Z just as he is the co-CeO of DDMG. I am pretty sure he is also the Co-CEO of all the the others business ventures. Biggs is basically a silent partner and Dame is the poster child.
