The Boondocks- The Craziest Episode So Far

“The Boondocks” went there this week. And I know I wasn’t ready. Were you???
First off, there was a popular thug MC named G-G-G-G-Gangstalicious (sound familiar?). And despite spitting the requisite violent verses, homey had more security than a little bit (again, sound familiar?). I was all good with that. It was classic “Boondocks.” Until...
Curtis… I mean Gangstalicious and Riley get kidnapped with his captors being only after one thing. That’s where I went right and Aaron and the crew went left. A homosexual subplot? A dude-on-dude kiss… not that there’s anything wrong with that (Shout out to Seinfeld), but I can’t say I saw that coming. And what’s up with the pixilated full frontal… for the second week in a row. At this point I am hoping Cristal makes a quick comeback (Episode 3… for those of y’all, who don’t remember) for some girl-on-girl action.
I know a lot more happened in this episode, but that’s what something that made me say “Hmmmm……was” (Shout out to Arsenio Hall… Some of y’all might be too young for that reference.) Aiight, hit me back with the feed back.
Oh yeah...and R.I.P. Richard Pryor.

Man you hit it right on the head. That episode may not have been directed at 50 although you can help but think of the similarites. Howevever, the homo plot, props to that, cuz I don't thing the homo affect and broken heat would have been the master plot. Big-ups for probably the best twist of the year.
oh, so THAT'S why 50 and Ja have so much beef. 50 and Ja had a thing, 50 broke it off, but instead of Ja getting him in the woods, he had to get Someone to shoot up his car. This is all starting to make sense. Too bad this didn't come out during the INC trial, prosecutor's coulda made this episode the nail in the coffin. Riley is more gangsta than all of em though, he's like Black Child, only without the nestle crunch skin and fucked up teeth.
yeah that was a good episode had my ass rolling on the floor laughing. They surprised the hell out of me with that ending. With Gangstalicious it seemed kind of like they was mixing 50 and Ja Rule into one dude. He was supposed to be gangsta with security like 50, but he was short as hell like Ja and doing thug love (no homo) tracks like Ja. I'm looking forward to next week's Christmas episode. "You need to take the ho's out of the videos and put 'em in your mouth now everybody say Ho Ho Ho. Praise Santa."

Breaking News News Report 12-12-05
Up and coming RnB sensation T. Payne was the victim of a bear attack on his tourbus, on the way to a show in Kansas City, Kansas, earlier today. No one understands how or why the bear got on the bus, but it apparently left T. Payne with multiple lacerations, a collapsed lung, and numerous spleen punctures.
According to animal expert Brian Daniels, T Payne's voice may have had something to do with it. "That little electronic thing he puts on his voice during that song I'm Sprung (download here), that's the same noise that we use to warn the bears in the zoo that danger is coming. Maybe Mr. Payne was doing soundcheck on his bus, and the bear thought he was a threat to the safety of his cubs. Taking any type of voice lessons may have prevented this tragedy."

Its official, The Boondocks is the TRUTH. Last night's ep, the first one that I was actually able to sit through, gave me what I was hoping McG was capable of. My question is do people watch it and get it or is it just a situation of black man catching a check off of the lunacy of being black in America these days.

Last nights episode was fucking hillarious! I was rolling from beginning to end. And yeah I caught that little slip when Gangstalicious said shit unedited. This show is probably the best thing on television right now! Its so real, but at the same time its so hillarious! I really do hope that people are getting it's message and not just watching how crazy black people are. This show was badly needed on tv, which in my opinion is too damn boring for my taste.
