What? Haven’t you heard? Ms. Cherry is having a block party! No sucka ducks or lame bitches allowed!
Yep, punk “bitches” getting their boyfriends taken (forcibly or otherwise) is the general idea of Ms. Cherry’s single and video “It’s Whatever” [watch it now] on Streetwize Records.
Following the formula for a quality Lil Jon-esque club banger, Cherry puts on her Braves cap, throws the bows and grills it up with the best of them.
She looks kinda like Babs, but appears to have studied Lil Scrappy’s mannerisms. She’s got them down COLD. Interestingly enough, I say she’s lyrically superior to the self-proclaimed Prince of Crunk. He don’t want no problems with Cherry. Then again, neither do I. I think she's a ghetto android.
I’m always intrigued by role reversal. While incomplete, it’s interesting to watch her talk about beating the shit out of hatin’ ass bitches and pimpin hoes in the same manner a male rapper would. Unfortunately she doesn’t use her canvas as an opportunity to visually reflect her understated reciprocity.
For example: Her get-back would be complete if she had some man-whores running around in degrading clothing while she chased them and spritzed them with refreshing streams from her Olde English 800 40oz.
Brooke Valentine ain’t got shit for this lady in a girlfight. Ms. Cherry looks like she’s been in a few dude-fights too. She’s definitely got one ahead of her as she tries to make some headway in the music industry. However, possibly in her favor is the fact that the oversaturated world of crunk juices is still looking for a true queen. Perhaps Streetwize Records can take the tiara home.
For what appears to be an independent effort, she’s done a solid job. I get the message: Everybody stay crunk, get money, pimp and kill haters… HATERS! (Damn do I wish there were a video for 40 Bars!)

I found it in the "Next Female Crunk Rapper To Go Nowhere Cookbook". They have a wonderful recipe if you're serving more than 4. If you add another female and 3 guys, it's called a Crime Mob Knuck If You Buck special. Sort of like a bakers dozen, but not really. =)
