50 Cent - "Just A Little Bit"

No, that wasn’t Tatu (R.I.P. to lil homie), that was one of Fitty’s “bitches.” Welcome to 50 Cent’s Fantasy Island! His newest video “Just A Little Bit” [watch it now] looks like the rest of Girl-Unit’s recent videos, but has a special misogynistic twist that I’m sure every female fan will love!
I don’t think he’s entirely to blame, we can at least partially thank director Benny Boom for this one. The video begins with casting fonts that appear to be stolen from Puff Daddy’s “Forever” album artwork. The grandiose latin-flavored intro music underlies Fifty as “El Jefe” (not to be confused with El Guapo from “Three Amigos” or El Debarge) wearing an all-white suit, stepping off of a private plane on an unnamed tropical paradise. We are then introduced to his three well… bitches, respectively named “Face,” “Tata” and “Diabla,” the dark-skinned one walking a few steps behind everyone else. (This phenomenon is known as the "bottom bitch")
At first this video appears to be about a gangsta handling some gangsta business, doing gangsta shit, murking other gangstas in his way. Dare I challenge you to look a little deeper with me and uncover the true conceit of this work.
The video for “Just A Little Bit” is actually the pilot episode of a new reality gameshow hosted by 50 Cent called “Extreme Hoin’ Challenge.” The object? Filmed on-location at Fantasy Island, each ho/contestant has to prove her skankability by completing a series of difficult undertakings in situations provided by our host. All events entail “helping Daddy get his money together” by catching an assortment of gullible, horny tricks slipping. After all three hoes complete their challenges successfully, it is then up to the viewers to call the G-Unit hotline or text in the name of their favorite ho. This will determine which skeezer is sent back to Guy R. Brewer Blvd. with nothing but what’s left of her pride and the Reebok Classics she came with.
While Fitty’s hoes look ready to bring their A-game in this contest, the same can’t be said for the dude who got shot nine times (in case any of you forgot). After the plane scene, Fifty makes a mistake greater than that of any of the tricks caught slipping. He takes off his hat to reveal a fade that looks like it was done in a prison barber shop. My boy Smooth from L.I. said “It look like Lloyd Banks did his shape-up.” I’d have to agree.
Rugged line-up aside, the rhymes on this song are also lacking at best, even by 50’s standards. I immediately recall lines like: “My neck, my wrist, my ears is froze./ Come git, your bitch, she on me, dawg” and “Shorty shake that thang like a pro, man./ She backed it up on me, I’m like ‘Oh, man!’” On a very serious note, I used to work with mentally handicapped children. This is the quality of lyricism I expected from them in writing workshop. Even what Fifty is known for doing particularly well (making a mean chorus) is not properly executed on this song.
I’ve listened to “The Massacre.” There are far better songs on the album that could have made far better videos. I not only hold 50 Cent and Benny Boom accountable for this travesty, but Eminem should be slapped with a sock full of quarters for funding this shit. You can check this one out for yourself here. I guess it’s worth a laugh or two. Also, be sure to tune in to next week’s “Extreme Hoin’ Challenge” (the EHC) where G-Unit’s Olivia will go head up with Mya and Adina Howard.

I mean as a rapper. Look at it this way, back when he was beefin with Murder Inc., the main thing he had on Ja was talkin about how Ja's always singing on every track. Whats 50 doin now? He was talkin about how Ja is always goin around with such a big entourage, its impossible to get at him. 50 don't even be leavin his house! His record release party, if you could call it that, wasn't at a club, it was at his crib. I heard somewhere jus a little bit ago, that Em and Dre were gonna drop him from the label, but now Em is goin on tour with him? What the fuck is up man? I loved his first album, but once he tries to attack Fat Joe, Jada, and Nas, straight up bitch. If it weren't for Nas, there wouldn't be a 50 cent(rapper). And 50 was on D-Blocks dicks when he came out, Jae Hood fucked him up for it then, he'll fuck him up now. Fat Joe was tight with the 3 biggest "big"s of all time: Biggie Smalls, Big L, and Big Pun. I'm just ramblin now, but I think you get the picture.

Hot beat, but he kinda jacked the concept for Jay Z's Feelin It video. The girls are tight.As far as lyrics, MUTE, then its tolarable. Candy Shop was far worse, at least I can sit through this Ape Shit Unit crap.
FYI, the video is shot in part at the Cancun International Airport, and the resort scenes are from the Grand Bahia Principe on the mayan riviera. I have to give it up, at least "50" has good taste in accessories - from the Gulfstream V he disembarks to the 65" Ferretti he is cruising on, although it is highly unlikely that even he could afford the jet at MSRP of $33,000,000 USD.
