Jamal is a mild mannered laid back, calculating young player. He is the younger brother of Jayson Turner, Philadelphia’s biggest drug kingpin. Although Jamal has lived a sheltered life, he still has had the best education in street warfare that any man could have had. Sheltered for the purpose of achieving legitimacy for the Turner name, Jamal is shipped off to Marshall University to study Business. But as fortune would have it, the only business that Jamal is interested in is the family business.
