The nation's top 24 ranked high school basketball players will descend once again upon New York City's famed Rucker Park (rain site to be announced) for the third annual Boost Mobile Elite 24 event. Hosted by ESPN RISE, this year's event features Class of 2009 phenoms Lance Stephenson (Lincoln High School - New York, N.Y.) and Derrick Favors (South Atlanta High School - Atlanta, Ga.)
