Remember this dude - former NBA ref Tim Donaghy? Well, today's judgment day for that crooked zebra mothaf**ka! He's scheduled to be sentenced to prison this morning by a federal judge in Brooklyn.
He should have been sentenced by a 'jury of his peers' Dave Chapelle-style, but I digress.
Now, I'm not going to go on about the matter, like this legal expert did for ESPN , but what I am going to do is speculate with ya'll as to how much time in the pen this fella is about to do.
We all know what this dude did (allegedly): He passed along inside information on NBA games and may have helped alter games too. Game 6 of the classic Sacramento Kings-LA Lakers 2002 Western Conference Finals is under question. Yea, Donaghy did the Kings derrrty is my bet, er … pardon the pun.
This federal judge from Bk already sentenced two of Donaghy’s connects to prison. One got a 15-month bid; the other a year and a day (Didn’t Lil’ Kim get that?)
My thing is… what kind of bid will Donaghy be sentenced to? What kind of bid does he deserve?
Once the verdict comes through, we’ll discuss again. Holla at me, maaaan!
