The C's had their championship victory parade down the mean streets of Boston yesterday. Here's the best video I could find of it (you know, where some dude's hand isn't shaking like a leaf).

The way I see it is, KG would have murked McHale in his prime. I think Paul Pierce is good enough to score up and down the court with Bird, but Larry Legend's passing gives him the slight edge. I know the late great D.J. was more physical than Ray Allen, but athletically Ray might get the nod on him.

That's kinda why I have a problem with these new guys being called the Big 3, because the original Big 3 was actually all big men. It was the legendary Celtics' frontcourt that made that squad so special.

I'm just glad those guys finally got a ring. They all have persevered and done so without eembarrassing themselves or whining too much publicly. The get a big up from me. I can't tell you which big 3 is better, but i can tell you this. McHale woulda handled KG in his prime, dude was like the original tim duncan. with his strength and moves, as well as his wide shoulders, KG wouldn't have stood a chance. KG has like 5 offensive moves, McHale has like 50. Also, let's not forget, Ray Allen and KG didn't show up for long stretches during this years playoffs. Bird, Mchale, and Parrish didn't get down like that!

You know what's crazy? At first, I was like, "Mark got some nerve." But when you break it down, it seems like that current big 3 has the edge. The thing is, will dudes win three championships like the original Big 3? Also, Bird and them had to play against much tougher competition. So taking all this into account, I'm very uncertain who should get the nod.
