Yes, the Draft is upon us. The madness officially tipped off last night, when the Indiana Pacers agreed to send Jermaine O'Neal to Toronto for T.J. Ford, Rasho Nesterovic and the No. 17 pick in tonight's Draft.
SOHH in addition to unloading on J.O.'s contract (O'Neal is due $21 million this season and $23 million in 2009-10), the Pacers walk away with a capable point guard in Ford (pause) and two picks tonight - 11th and 17th.
Meanwhile, after allowing Dwight 'Superman' Howard to pound them stupidly for three 20-20 games, the Raptors solidify that frontline with Chris Bosh and Jermaine O'Neal. They could put Rasho at the 5 to rebound and TRY to play defense.
But if O'Neal stays healthy, will the Raptors be one of the best teams in the East? Can they make it past the first round!? Holla at me, maaan!
