Were Wizards Even on Court Last Night!? Lakers Not Expecting Bynum Back Soon - Can They Win it All Without Him? Hill vs. Barack on Raw!

Posted on April 22, 2008 10:27 AM

AYO...Were the Wizards even on that court playing against the Cavs last night!? I mean, goodness gracious ... 116-86. OUCH!

LeBron was King James last night, scoring 14 in the third to open up a 25-point Cavs' lead in the quarter. Wow.

Peep the damages:

SOHH, do the Wiz have a shot at home!? I think they can win one at home, but that's about it!

Same question goes for the Rockets: Are they done or will they make this a series with the Jazz!? I think they're done, homie.

Now, all of y'all might be expecting Andrew Bynum back during the Lakers' playoff run, but the team itself isn't overly concerned with his return.

Phil Jackson told the Associated Press on Monday that the team doesn't expect its injured center Bynum to make a serious contribution any time soon. And if they do get him back, it's a stretch to say he'll be a major contributor. I told y'all that! Even if you're 20-years-old (and get denied at the bar), returning from a knee injury ain't easy! Ask Gilbert Arenas or Allan Houston (Damn, homie).

"I think without a doubt that Andrew would come off the bench and we would play him a little bit off the bench if there was any chance that he could come back and play again, but it's such a remote thing," Jackson said. We're not seriously thinking about it."

SOHH I ASK Y'ALL ... AT THIS POINT, DO THE LAKERS NEED BYNUM TO WIN IT ALL OR CAN THEY DO IT WITHOUT HIM!?

-Thats a good one I beleive offensively yes they can do it especially with the way Pau and Kobe been playing. The question is that when they meet the spurs can there defense stop them, thats really hard to say. And the Spurs defense enough said! Both sides of the ball would have to play extremely well to even get to the Championship then they would play on the PGA tour (Pierce, Garnett, Allen) and I think most know what would happen. I say this year they get far but in 09 its all Lakers!!!!!!

  • The Wizards Were Looking On Point In The First Quater..
But After That It Was A Wrap..
The NBA Should Really Consider DisQualifying Teams That Dont Have A Chance, Prime Example The Wizards Were Gettin' Their Ass Kick'd, Agent 0 Was Embrassing Himself, and There Was A Series Of Flagurent Fouls...
A Silly As It Sounds It Would be Crazy For A L.James Type Player To Have A Career Ending Injury Over A Freak Accident Foul (word to Haywood) During a NonSense Series, Let That MaraNate..

As Far As The Lakers Go, They Dont Need Bynum Until
They Meet The Spurs, BUT Even Then Wether Ya Want To Admit It Or Not The Spurs Never Have A Easy Game Vs Lakers, And That Was Pre-Pau So The Lakers Play At The Level They Are Doing Now, They Will Come Out The West...

    KB24 MVP!!!

  • No tha Lakers do not need Bynum to win although he would make it a lil more easier for us if he was 100% healthy...so even if he does come back he won't be 100% healthy so no we don't need him...cuz Pau is out there givin them tha business...my nigga damn near had a triple dub out there on sunday...Lakers will be representin tha west in tha finals dis year believe dat

  • I still got faith in the Lakers I still think we could pull it out even without Bynum! Especially the way Pau has been playing it would just give us a good boost off the bench & increase our chances of winning it all! But I think we still got a good shot! Go Lakers KB24 MVP!
