After 15 seasons in the L and five All-Star Game appearances, Chris Webber has called it a career. Despite the injuries the last few seasons, I think you got to remember my man as one of the elite power forwards. Period!
I feel like it's funny that his career ends where it started - Golden State. But in reality, we all know he became the face of the Sacramento Kings. That '02 Kings team was UNBELIEVABLE. Too bad that they couldn't play a lick of defense.

In his prime (Sactown), I was as big a C-Webb fan as anybody. I just loved his all-around game and skill set as well as his basketball IQ. However, Chris Webber is not a Halll of Famer, let alone "bonafide" HOF as you stated. Those stats are all fine and dandy but unfortunetly for Webber, voters will look at his college career as tainted and his pro career quite frankly was never the same after knee reconstruction and he faded to virtual NBA obscurity.
