Ayo! SOHH I'm watching the Cavs-Lakers game and couldn't help but think, if I'm starting a franchise and could only pick one of these two superstars, who do I take? Kobe or LeBron?
Then, I come across this http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?page=Roundtable-KobeLeBron ESPN roundtable discussion and it looks like I'm not the only one thinking about who's better. ESPN just did it by these questions, SOHH me being the Ballsy one I am decided to chime in and answer them and I want y'all to do the same.
First Question - Fifteen seconds left, down by 2. Who do you want with the ball?
Ballsy: My money's on Kobe. Dude got that killer instinct that younger LeBron is still developing. Kobe wants teams' hearts. He wants to eat their children. Praise be to Allah!
2. Who's the better leader?
Ballsy: Hmm...I would have to go with LeBron on this one. I mean dude did take Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Jackie to the NBA Finals. The boy is Bad! I think he makes his teammates better than Kobe does.
3. What is the key difference between them?
Ballsy: Maan, LeBron can do it all - score, pass and rebound - SOHH, I'm taking Kobe! Word. Listen, LeBron passes and rebounds better than Kobe, but Kobe got something you can't teach - the hammer. He's willing to put the hammer down more. Since Jordan, I say Kobe's the only dude that when his team's up by eight points entering the fourth, he wants to come out, drop 12 points, put his squad up 20 and ice his knees the rest of the game. Kick, push, kick, push...coast!
4. Choose one: Kobe's previous 10 years, or LeBron's next 10 years?
Ballsy: Kobe's previous 10 years includes three NBA rings and LeBron is going to be hard-pressed to accomplish a similar feat. But yo, wait till LeBron says, Hello Brooklyn...how you doin'!?
5. Who is the better player now? Is he the greatest player in the NBA now?
Kobe's better and a lot of it is to do with age. Kobe's more experienced at 29 and LeBron's about to turn 23. Kobe's had more seasons. Away from them two - who's a better player in the L? That's like asking who killed Keith Sweat? Nobody baaby!
**Hip-Hop - Who's more down?** (My Bonus Category)
LeBron throws up the Roc and pops Ace of Spade bottles with Hov. Kobe did this with Tyra Banks. Man, brothers get down about Tyra's forehead. I love it! It's prime real estate for...LOL. Chris Webber knows.
Kobe in crunch time.
Lebron da better leader.
Lebron better all around.
Lebron next 10 years better than kobe's last 10.
kobe better now.
lebron on hip-hop cause i never heard him spit. thank god. LOL @ keith sweat & tyra reference
This was a pretty good read today.. Im putting my money on Kobe in each category... Not only is kobe the best offensive perimeter player in the game, he's also the best sefensive perimeter player in the game(see all defense awards).. Lebron is a truly tremendous player, but there are only a few players like Kobe bryant that come around every so often.. So until Kobe gracefully bows out, Bron Bron will be the Lil wayne to Kobes Jay-Z.... Hello Brooklyn!
Good topic, LeBron is a better all around player but he won't have Kobe success until he gets better talent around him. You notice Kobe hasn't done shit since Shaq left. Kobe is a beast but he doesn't make his teammates better like LeBron does.
If I had to choose I would go with LeBron without question, give me LeBron. If you put Kobe on the Cavs, there no way they going to the Finals. However if you put LeBron on the Lakers he makes them better. Plus Kobe is bitch-made for talking shit about his teammates in the offseason, Kobe acts like a spoiled white kid who was never spanked growing up.
kobe fa sho kus he be coonin like the wgn and upn and he rock ice like nas lol lol
starting a squad today, gimmie Bron because of age and health. Lebron is bigger, stronger and a better passer. but right now Kobe's the better player. kobe's superior defensively, he's the best tough shot-maker in the history of the game and he's a killer in the clutch. if lebron wants to be on KB24's level he better develop an assasin's psyche. with a game on the line Kobe may might make a bad decision, but that bad decision would NEVER be passing to Donyell Marshall.
Bron might wanna develop a consistent mid-range game while he's at it...
I WOULD PICK LEBRON CAUSE HE GETS ALONG WITH PEOPLE MORE THAN KOBE!

Kobe all day. If u want to win right now, u'd take kobe, not lebron.
lebron no question. you can put anyone around him he'll make the team better. kobe will put up 45, but the rest of the team will have less than ten and they will lose. and kobe has no problem with that.
kobe hands down, the dude plays on both sides of the ball. until lebron does that he aint shit, so "KOBE is thee better all-around player". n as far as takin his team to the finals, i giv him his props n all, but lets not 4get, he is playin in the weak-ass east where you put any western conference team over there and they also will go to the finals. BLACK MAMBA BITCHESSS!!!!!!!
Sometime, no choice is the best choice. If I have to choose one of the two, then I'd rather chose neither. I don't know why the two should be put togehter. Also, on alother celeb club millionairecupoid.com, some hot topics are also talking with them. Seems both of them are joined that club not long ago.
Right now going into the future, I'd take Lebron because of his youth. I think all-around Lebron is better, but with the last shot I'd want the ball in Kobe's hands, he's more clutch.
