Old Head Shaq + No D. Wade = 0-4 Heat, Boston's 3-Headed Monster, LeBron Gets No Help

Maan, don't get me wrong...I love the Diesel, but the big homie Shaq is looking OLD out there. I caught some of the game and aside from the impressive alley-oop pass from Jason Williams that Shaq dunked home, the true center looked plain old out there.

Shaq went 6-of-13 from the field - which is obviously still good percentage - with three rebounds for 17 points. Listen without Dwyane Wade, the Heat need way more from Shaq to survive. Yes, they did lose to the defending champion San Antonio Spurs last night, 88-78, but that's no excuse.

Through four games, Shaq's been treading in water, averaging just 12.8 points and 6.5 rebounds in 30 minutes per. Those are aight numbers for a role player, but news flash ... without Wade, Shaq ain't no role player. He's gotta be the man.

If I'm a Miami Heat fan, I'm banging as many broads as I can on the strip because it's going to be a cold winter ahead. And peep this, Wade's return ain't exactly going to save the day for the Heat. They're just a team that doesn't look SOHH good.

The Celtics, on the other hand, they're looking good. Boston's three-headed monster of KG, P2 and Jesus combined for 71 points, as the Celtcis beat Denver, 119-93, last night. This could get Ugly...SUPERUGLY! All I really know is KG wants a championship and he ain't playin', that's what I'm sayin'!

I still feel like James Poseyand Eddie House are aight, but Boston's bench needs another solid player. SOHH far, SOHH good, though - Boston's 3-0.

Also, last night LeBron James notched a triple dub, but again...Tito, Jermaine, Jackie and Marlon ain't do sh*t to help him, as the Cavaliers lost to the Jazz by a bucket. Damn, LeBron...I'm just waiting for you to say, "HELLO, BROOKLYN!"

If Lebron don't get help on the Cavs within the next year or two, he needs to pack it up and leave. I would hate to see him break his back carrying a sorry ass team like Ivie did. Philly should be payin AI retirement.

I don't care what anybody says, when the heat became the champs two years ago, it was more Dallas not executing the

way they should have rather than them defeating Dallas. Yeah I hate to admit it too, but shaq is now look more like

the Orlando/Seattle Ewing than the NY Ewing.

I have no doubts Boston will go far but, championships, I don't know about that. Its easy to say the got the 3 Head

Monster, but look at other multihead monsters(although not on the same level) Glenn Robinson,Sam Cassel, Ray Allen.

Kirk Hinrich, Luol Deng, Ben Gordon. If you like four head monsters, Malone,Payton,Shaq,Kobe.

Billups,Rip,Sheed,Prince. Yeah it looks good now but execution during cruch time and chemistry comes above all.

If its one thing I can't stand to see, its wasted effort. Sometimes I wonder if the GMs are like label CEO's where

they are more concern with the guy who can sell out a crowd putting on a show (think a Sactown Jason Williams)

rather the a "boring" but effect non-flashy guy like Andre Miller. Just a thought. Like any basketball fan, I really

hope Lebron doesn't leave a legacy where he is seen as one of the greats but tarnished by the fact that he doesn't

win a championship. I think I would be great if at the end of his career he could be known as the guy who took the

East Coast Clippers and transform them into the East Coast Spurs(with consecutive championships of course). However

as KG and Iverson unfortunatley proved, no matter how great you are on the court if the guys off the court

(managment)aren't willing to make the moves necessary to improve the team, then there is no difference between being

the team with the best record or team with the worst. Charles Barkley called it right, they are not going to make

the playoffs, everyone else got better while the did nothing during the offseason. I think the cavs should try to

get AI from philly or/and Bibby if he available

P.S. If anyone finds the Wizards/Pre-Cavaliers Larry Hughes, can you call 1-800-Clevland. Reward: Potential trip to the finals

The season is too long to stick a fork into the Heat already. There's absolutely no panic in Miami right now. Because we know that when Wade gets back and acklomated with his new teammates, it's gonna be on like a pot of neckbones. It's clear that folks outside of the Miami market forgot about Wade.

I have to admit, Boston is the most exciting team right now. EVERYBODY's on the "Bean Town" bandwagon. But let Ray Allen or Paul Pierce get hurt (like they are proned to do). Looking at the Celtics will be like looking at the T-Wolves. God forbid, but if RA or PP get hurt again, Boston will NOT make the playoffs.

And I'll tell you another thing. A lot of sports reporters were on the Saints bandwagon at the beginning of the NFL season. Obviously they jumped right off. But I predict that the Saints will at the least compete for the NFC championship this season. Yeah I said it.

Boston is gonna be a threat the whole season and i hope they win it all, The BC-3 all deserve a title just for their career consistency alone!

i wont be too harsh on the Cav's but that franchise is an example of lazy management during the off-season!


and yeah Shaq's old, but it's still Brick City all day!!!!! D-Wade needs to resurface and stop doin commercials before the next time we see him is in a Jay-Z video drinkin Ace Of Spades.........

Shaq was done after they won the championship, right now he's just getting the last NBA money he can, he had a great run though.


Boston gave up all their good young players to get Garnett, they need to restock the bench with young talented guys because the current trio has about 2-3 years to get it done, after that they will be looking like Shaq out there.


LeBron will be in Brooklyn with Jay as soon as his deal is up. Danny Ferry is fucking around, he didn't LeBron any help this offseason and it showing. Alot of teams like Orlando, Boston, New York, got better this offseason while Cleveland did nothing. LeBron will still sell out the building so ownership doesn't really care.

Did you see the Celtics bench?? They may not be the best in the NBA but they're pretty solid (Eddie House, Posey, Tony Allen, Scott Pollard, Big Baby Davis) The only help (in my "non-professional" opinion) that they need is an extra point guard because I am not prepared to anoint Rondo as the next Jason Kidd. He's good, but if House goes down, we're fucked. You'll have fans jumping off the fucking Tobin Bridge faster than Charles Stuart....lol
