After months of denying a romantic relationship, Christina Milian and The-Dream have revealed plans to wed.
According to Sister2Sister Magazine the couple broke the news just last night:
While on our way inside DAR Constitution Hall Thursday night to see the Washington, DC, leg of Keyshia Cole's A Different Me tour, S2S ran into lovebirds Terius "The Dream" Nash and Christina Milian. They told us they're getting married and planning to have an engagement party in the Bahamas.
Keyshia told us backstage that she wanted to give The Dream and Christina a shout-out during her performance, but she wanted to wait until they said something first. Well, they've said it, so it's official!
Wow, what a shocker. I have friends in the Radio Killa Camp who told me as early as February that Dream was completely smitten with Christina, and the couple definitely loves the spotlight so it shouldn't be too much of a surprise that this was the logical next step. Wonder whether the wedding will come before or after her Elope album drops? Probably before -- that way they can do promo on their honeymoon. And it looks like things will get more uncomfortable in the Chrihanna saga. Rihanna's attorney, Donald Etra, told E! News that Rihanna will be called to testify at the June 22 preliminary hearing in Chris Brown's felony assault case.
"The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing," Etra said. "She will definitely comply."
Both stars will be required to be in the courtroom at the same time, so Rihanna will have to deliver her testimony in front of Brown.
"He has to be here anytime a witness is called," Brown's attorney Mark Geragos said.
According to Geragos, the prosecution will outline their case against the embattled R&B star. Aside from Rihanna, the D.A. is expected to call the officers who were first to respond to the scene and find the bloodied and abandoned Rihanna.
At the end of the proceeding, the judge will determine whether there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
I'm sure this will not be an issue hearing for either Rihanna or Chris. Does anyone think she might try to edit her original story to help him get off easier? Or will Rihanna tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth? And the big question of course, is whether Brown will see trial or, worse, jail time. What do you think? Talk to me y'all!
