I can't seem to escape new Def Jam signee Jeremih's hot new single "Birthday Sex" -- largely because my birthday is today -- and this seems to have replaced 50 Cent's "In The Club" as "the urban birthday anthem"...
I wasn't crazy about the song off the bat but it has started to grow on me and I really like this acoustic version that Def Jam sent over recently. Check it out:
When it comes to favorite birthday songs though I like to keep it a little less sexual and more on the celebratory side. Check out some of the songs I'm happy to hear on my special day and make sure to tell me yours.
#5 Stevie Wonder "Happy Birthday"
You gotta love Stevie Wonder's timeless tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I actually prefer folks to sing this version to me than the traditional "Happy Birthday" song.
#4 Outkast "13th Floor (Growing Old)"
One of my favorite Outkast songs -- and '96 was a very special year for me!
When I first heard this song, I was thinking is this fool really serious. Like someone said it seem like R&b singers are more about sex, clubbing, and all that stuff. It seem like the love message in songs is just gone.
Man I'm really diggin this dude I went to myspace page and he has another hot song also. I wonder how Neyo feels about him.

Co-Sign NNL.....That song is lame...Can't even bring myself to listen to the whole song.
