Ginuwine Prepares To Release A Man's Thoughts

While I was in New York last week I had a chance to attend Ginuwine's listening session for his upcoming sixth album A Man's Thoughts due out June 23rd
If you haven't seen it already that is the cover posted above. I'm also posting the tracklisting along with a few photos of Ginuwine and his guests from the listening at Taj.
Kedar Massenburg was in attendance, as well as longtime friend and fellow artist Joe Thomas and Sirius/XM Shade 45 personality Angela Yee

As you can see from the photos Ginuwine has not aged a bit in the last decade. His music has matured though -- in a good way! He's not singing about jeans and ponies anymore! During the listening, some of the older folks in attendance got up and slow danced -- evidence that he's making some really romantic stuff these days.
G himself seemed most excited about reuniting with MIssy Elliott and Timbaland on "Get Involved" but I have to say I wasn't that, while the album is a solid showcase of his talent -- that particular track was on the ehhhh 'I'll pass' side -- in my opinion. I do love the single though

There are some songs leaked, but those songs are awesome. Looking at the CD listing, Ginuwine could make a double CD. G's definitely back to make some noise. I am definitely buying this album. R&B fans have something good to listen to now, in addition to a few other artists.
