Ciara Performs for SNL, Colin Munroe Comes To NYC, R&B Gets Live

Superstar Ci (AKA Ciara) and Justin Timberlake hit up "Saturday Night Live" this weekend
Justin jammed out behind the piano for her "Love Sex Magic" performance. Ciara also performed "Never Ever."
Personally I think she killed it, especially the "Love Sex Magic" performance. Her dance and ad libs were very sharp. Way to step it up Cici. What did you guys think of the show? Did you get Fantasy Ride?
You guys already know I am a big Colin Munroe fan, so imagine my delight at discovering he is also a SOHH Soulful reader. Fortunately I was in NYC last week to catch him performing at Le Poisson Rouge with Wale .

Colin was struggling with laryngitis, but he did a strong set anyway. Here is a snippet of him doing "Piano Lessons" ft. Joell Ortiz.
Joell is also an incredible artist. There was a lot of amazing talent in the building. Tanya Morgan and J. Cole also got the crowd live.

I also just discovered that I missed out on Teena Marie's sold out Beacon Theater performance's yesterday. The legendary singer celebrated Mother's Day onstage with her daughter, Rose Lebeau, who joined her to sing her Congo Square single "Can't Last A Day" in place of Faith Evans, who appears on the studio version of the duet.
