Hey kids, look what just magically landed in my inbox? Yep, it's a leaked version of Ciara's "Fantasy Ride" -- no surprise since the album is due for release next week. Keep reading if you want to know if I'm buyin' it...

01. Ciara To The Stage (Produced By Don Vito And Tricky 3:45Co-Produced By Blade)
The intro is classic Ciara -- if you liked the interludes and intros on her last album you should be able to appreciate this one, as a bonus Cici even busts a little rhyme. It's slow but danceable, I like this one. +1

02. Love Sex Magic Ft. Justin Timberlake (Produced By The Y's) 3:40
You've heard this one. It's not my thing -- too pop for me.

03. High Price Ft. Ludacris (Produced By Tricky And The-Dream) 4:02
You may have already heard this one -- thanks to the Sex and the City soundtrack. It's way more rock than Tricky and The-Dream usually go, very Electrik Red "Drank In My Cup". I'm not feeling the track or the high note she has to hold for most of the song. Definitely not my taste. -1

04. Turntables Ft. Chris Brown (Produced By Danja) 4:31
The Danja beat is bonkers, he's on his usual exotic/Indian influenced meets pop vibe, but this one will never see the light of day as a single thanks to guest singer Chris Brown. Too bad because I love to see the two of them dance together and they match up pretty well vocally. But do I like it? No, not really.-1

05. Like A Surgeon (Produced By Tricky And The-Dream) 4:27
That rock sound is back, but this time I like it. It's classic Dream songwriting, with surgery as his chosen simile. It's a little corny, but I'mma give it a pass. +1

06. Never Ever Ft. Young Jeezy (Produced By Polow Da Don And 4:32 Elvis Williams)
It took a little while for the single to take off, but it has, and I like this one. You've all heard it though so assess for yourself. +1

07. Lover's Thing Ft. The-Dream (Produced By Los Da Maestro) 3:27
This one is one of my favorites, I actually like how Dream and Ciara's voices match up. It's a sweet song that sounds like an updated old classic. Possibly this generation's "Tender Love"? It's possible. I love how Cici echo/sings 'baby baby baby baby' as Dream punctuates with 'eh eh eh'. +1

08. Work Ft. Missy Elliott (Produced By Danja) 4:05
The track sounds like something that might play in the background of a video game. It's a dance track and it sounds like it was made for the dance set. Cute little rap on there. I could definitely take this one to the gym with me, but don't see it getting much play otherwise. -1

09. Pucker Up (Produced By Darkchild And Osinachi Nwaneri) 3:52
Sounds like it was made for, dare I say, Britney Spears? Super popped out, electro/dance ish. It's not for me, but Janet Jackson's dancers would probably love it. -1

10. G Is For Girl (A-Z) (Produced By The Y's) 3:37
I'm tempted to call this one the answer record for "Diva". Ciara is rapping and poppin that ish... and I like it. + 1

11. Keep Dancin' On Me (Produced By Tricky And The-Dream) 3:33
Yes. I love it. It's super mellow, something to chill or ride to. She sounds completely comfortable in the song. Might be one of my faves on the album. +1

12. Tell Me What Your Name Is (Produced By Dr. Luke And Benny 3:38 Blanco)
Okay, Cici is on that pop sh*t now. I see how it is. This one is a no for me. Sounds like something made for the next "Step Up" movie soundtrack. -1

13. I Don't Remember (Produced By Polow Da Don) 3:48 A ballad and a pretty good one. This one has a story -- it's the morning after for Ciara as a "drunk and hot girl" who has pissed off her boyfriend after a night of too much Patron. I like it. +1

The VERDICT: It's my believe that this album is tailor made for dancers, fans of electro-pop and the snap kids. Being that I am a workout fanatic and I came up with more pluses than minuses I'll put my money on Ciara. I'll even go so far as to say Ciara Fantasy Ride > Keri Hilson In A Perfect World

All, I can say is wow!!! I had no idea that CiCi's album is dropping next week..R U Serious... I haven't really seen any marketing for the album or anything..Not even viral campaigns.. To me photo shoots and and magazine covers really don't count nor do they really work in my opinion..
To be honest I've only heard "Never Ever" being played on the radio once. And even the dj's threw that on as a "Rock it or Stop It" tip, and I guess the callers were like stop it, cause I aint heard jack shit since then...The track w/JT gets no love..I've only heard that song online...lol....
Damn, doesn't look to good for ya girl...And don't get me wrong, I'm rooting for her...I like CiCi..But, I'm just keeping it 100.

Now, the sad thing is that I've seen more marketing for MIMS album than CiCi's....Man, trust me when I say aint nobody checking for MIMS, but that cornball ass nigga gets heavy promo...WTF!!! Still SMDH on that one..Man CiCi's Management needs to get on the ball cause the album is looking to flop like a fish..

Co-sign Clo-Fresh about the no promo. It' sad though, because i've always liked Ciara. hopefully her fan base will support her.

Yeah, her promo sucks this go round. I don't understand why she is overseas being that she needs to be here promoting her album.

I think the album will be dope. As soon as the album drops i'm going to hit it up.

always been a fan of ciara since 2004!! so there's no xcuse for me to not buy this album since i have her previous two!! and i love her!!! MAY 5TH, FANTASY RIDE, THAT'S WHEN IT DROPS clo-fresh!!

Your late for this! Its been out where I am. The emptiness of SOHH Gyant should have been replaced by SOHH Prince!
