Beyonce Back For Another Oscars Performance, Solange OD's on NyQuil (and Twitter)

The Knowles girls are living up to their normal reputations, with Beyonce overachieving as usual and Solange... well not so much! Bey is expected to make her rounds at the Academy Awards this Sunday, while Solange should hopefully be fully recovered from her lil "syrup" incident any moment now.
According to E!Online, sources say Oscar host Hugh Jackman will be joined on stage by Beyoncé, High School Musical stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens and Mamma Mia!'s Amanda Seyfried for a musical number.
Sources say Jackman and Beyoncé have been rehearsing at the Baryshnikov Arts Center in New York City, while another source says the entire group began rehearsals Tuesday night in Hollywood. The routine is being directed by Jackman's Australia director Baz Luhrmann who previously directed musical films Moulin Rouge!, Romeo + Juliet and Strictly Ballroom. Jackman reportedly requested to have Luhrmann stage the Oscar number. The show is being produced for the first time by Laurence Mark and Bill Condonwho have been tight-lipped about plans for the evening but have said they intend to shake things up this year. Condon previously directed Beyonce in Dreamgirls. The 81st annual Academy Awards will telecast live on ABC from Hollywood's Kodak Theatre Sunday at 8pm EST.

So while Bey was rehearsing, apparently Solange was getting happy on Nyquil and Twittering about it. Solange has been released from the hospital after she collapsed from taking too many flu pills while on a flight out of New York Tuesday night. Knowles was treated by medics after suffering an adverse reaction to capsules she took onboard the plane.
She twittered for three hours into the trip before her messages suddenly stopped after she complained of feeling sleepy. Three hours later she logged back on from the hospital. Check out her tweets below:
"I took a nyquil and i think maybe im getting high off it because im not sleeping. maybe i should close my eyes."
"think im certified loosing (sic) it on nyquil. Going to sleep before i start freestyling on the plane... omg (Oh my God) i didnt know nyquil could do this to you. i took the pills tho. cant stomach cough syrup. Trying to be proactive on this flight."
"Never taking nyquil again. I feel so weird."
After she woke up in the hospital she wrote:
"Woaah...... How'd I end up in the hospital? Woke up to 8 random people over me, laid out on the floor in baggage claim!... Guess I passed out! Scary. Hooked up to IV now . Apparantly I'm super dehydrated.
"I've never passed out before. S**t was like the movies. People standing over me saying 'hello'... My mom is the best. LOL (laugh out loud). She's like 'Ain't nothing wrong with this girl, she need some water and rest... Pull up the car!' LOL
"I'm like still in shock. I've never passed out before. Think it was the nyquil too. I felt weird when I woke up. This has been the day from hell. I'm done with the second IV. I just want to get in the bed and lay with (son) Julez. That's all I want."

Don't see the need for Beyonce to perform at the Oscar but okay. I know people like stars but I don't think people care to know what they are doing every minute of the day that Twitter mess is ridiculous. Maybe people wanted to see Solange's Twitter that day since she was overdosing on medicine like she can't read the back of the box. Another thing why is Shanice singing Beyonce's songs. She should make her own songs, sing them, and then put them on YouTube.
Any award show without Beyonce aint worth watching. I'm actually excited about this performance. I'm still mad I missed her Halo performance.I hope they show it early on so I don"t have to sit through the whole show.
way to bring back bad memories. she got clowned for weeks for singing too many songs at the oscars but here she goes again. and for what? she aint never nominated or anything. give it a rest with this chick. i dont see what this is supposed to do for her career. remind people that she desperate she wants an oscar?

KenKay, why is it when someone don't like Beyonce it's automatically hate. If Beyonce wasn't shoved our throats then maybe we wouldn't think about her. Every $hit she puts out is mad corny especially for someone her age and that's been in the game as long as she has. I don't buy her albums but based on the songs she puts out, she turns me off with the wack a$$ lyrics. Bootylicious, Soldier, Check up on it, Upgrade, Single ladies, and Diva... read the lyrics and tell me I'm hating or is it I'm tired of hearing dumbs songs on the radio.

The only reason bey is performing at the Oscars is because they are desperate for an audience. Well it didn't work for cadillac records so what makes them think it will work for them?
