Ne-Yo Snaps Back Via MySpace, Addresses Gay Rumors

Remember that PEOPLE magazine feature on Ne-Yo I posted about earlier this week? Apparently some of the Def Jam singer/songwriter's words have been taken out of context elsewhere and Ne-Yo took to his MySpace page to set the record straight.
The whole gay thing. For goodness sake it's been 4 years!!!! Y'all still on that huh? The whole "boys" song, and the song "go over there". See this is what happens when people steal. These songs were clearly written for women. Had you been patient, you would have heard them the way they were supposed to be heard, with the voice of the intended artist on em'. But noooo, someone gets a hold of these demos and suddenly everybody forgets that I write songs for women. Riiight.
I tell People Magazine that Young Jeezy's crib is right next to mine and that once I saw him in there from across the way. I then make a JOKE about him maybe not wanting to walk around naked in his crib with the shades up cause the buildings are THAT close to each other, and that AIN'T something I care to see. Suddenly, everybody thinks I said I saw Young Jeezy in his crib naked when, NEVER ONCE did I say anything like that.
Am I the only one that didn't get the memo about Ne-Yo saying something suspect to PEOPLE? Honestly though, it's good to see him show a little emotion. These gay rumors have been following him around for years. Maybe it was about time he got upset and issued a denial. By the way it wasn't just one denial -- he used MySpace to address all of the rumors that have been following him around.
Here's my stand on the whole thing: I'm NOT gay, I'm NOT prejudice to anyone, I DID NOT get stomped out by Jim Jones or anyone else, I'm NOT engaged, I'M NOT STUPID. And to anyone that INSISTS on thinking that any of these things are true......FUCK YOU. To the haters....find some new material please!!! It's 2009, our president is black!!! Time for change. To everyone else......I love you to death, thanx for all your support. WE PLATINUM ROUND HERE!!!!! Much love, and see you at the grammy's. Check the suit.....it's gonna be TROUBLE!!!
Um, anyone besides me feel like the "Check the suit... it's gonna be trouble" comment isn't helping his cause too much? Yeah. Thought so.
And while we're on the subject of Def Jam singer/songwriters The-Dream has teamed up with Mariah Carey for what is definitely one of his stronger collaborations. They both have that cutesy, saccharine thing going that makes them a perfect (or perfectly sickening depending on who you ask) pairing.
If you couldn't tell the song is called "My Love" and it's slated to go on his new Love Vs. Money album. What do you think?

Who cares...what ballon head Ne-yo got to say.
granted he acts a little fruity sometimes, i don't think the man is gay.
Is it possibly gay to state how ill your gear is in general?
So should Ghost have gay rumors trailing him around because he makes skits about how he's gonna murder cats with his wally game (navy blue and cream if i recall)?
Or is it just specifically because Ne-Yo (who i really don't care about) is talking about a suit?
Rebel, I need some clarity on this cuz my suit game is tight and trust I let people know about it.
The Dream song is garbage. But it sticks to his simple song content style. Adding Mariah Carey to this track doesn't make it sound any better... it is just more annoying. Real talk, he should stick to producing as attempting to sing has never been his strong point.
Leave Ne-Yo alone. Y'all can say what y'all want but aren't you the same ones who rock to his music. Ne-Yo Sometimes you have to get off on people when they cant seem to let some things die. People are always gonna hate but they can also be A*S holes in the making too. Shit is always goin' to circulate about people for another to get the picture... that no matter what you write its gonna become either the truth or garbage and in this case it's Garbage so STOP Writing and get a life.
