Even if you like it, don't bother putting a ring on Keyshia Cole, cuz she will pawn that beotch when she gets ready to. My homie DJ Vlad sent me the following radio interview with Cole where she discusses getting over her ex, turning down his recent marriage proposal and pawning her engagement ring.

Check it out:

I know Keyshia has been making a killing off baring her Oakland roots and former hard times, but with all the evolving she talks about on "The Way It Is" it doesn't seem like she's been able to put the past behind her or keep the toxic folks out of her life. Seriously Keyshia, why are you even accepting phone calls from this guy? Let's hope Keyshia can stay true to her new album title A Different Me (in stores December 16th).

Whoever is handling R&B over at Capitol Records deserves a huge bonus this Christmas. Although I haven't heard much from J. Holiday in a bit, I'm looking forward to Avant's new album and the March album from new signee Novel, who was formerly signed to Rawkus Records. I've been streaming his "I Am...Future Black President" EP repeatedly over the past few days and I thought I'd share with you guys.

I am...Future Black President

I absolutely love it!. I can't wait for his new album which is due out March 24. For more info: http://www.myspace.com/novel
