Well damn, I knew Avant was a freak after he told my homegirl Angela Yee his secret fantasy on her "Lip Service" show, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised he's talking about breaking girls backs now.

Hmmm how many of y'all could use a lil back breaking? In a good way of course! Avant's self titled fifth album is due out December 9th on Capitol Records.

My boy Cash says the new Gym Class Heroes video "Guilty As Charged" featuring Estelle is a ripoff of the old Beastie Boys joint "Sabotage" and er, from the looks of Travis McCoy's disguise, they definitely got some esplaining to do. See for yourself:

Anybody been missing Mya? Well despite numerous setbacks, she's still keeping at it and from the looks of the new video her body doesn't plan on quitting on her anytime soon...





I just want whoever tried to play Rihanna out over her lack of concept for "Rehab" to come watch this photoshoot Mya and Marc Baptiste tried to call a video. Oh, and since we're calling out swagger jackers, she need to give Mariah back her "rainbow" lyrics and apologize to Ne-Yo, Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney for ganking their melodies.

Apparently her new album Sugar and Spice is due out December 3rd on Manhattan Records. Oh but you can't get it here. It's only coming out in Japan. Sorry!
