With the official release date of Cadillac Records right around the corner the Beyonce media train is still rolling full speed ahead.  In case you missed it, Bey went on "Ellen" yesterday and surprise surprise, she talked quite openly about her marriage and relationship with Jay-Z, even disclosing information about their courtship and how he told her it was okay not to try to cook anymore after a few bad attempts.

Check out the video:

Am I the only one who is SHOCKED at how much and how openly she talked? Jay's still keeping pretty mum by the way. I saw him on Angie Martinez's new BET show this week and he wasn't sayin nada!

Also, today Wednesday November 26th, music from Brian McKnight's newest holiday album, I'll Be Home For Christmas, will be featured on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" as part of the "Fabulous Holidays on a Budget" segment. His track, "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year", will be played during the show accompanied by exclusive video footage. Also, the song will be available to download for free on Oprah.com for 48 hours after the air-date!

His new video is posted below.

Razor & Tie Entertainment released 'I'll Be Home For Christmas' October 28. McKnight's first studio album in two years, the collection features yuletide classics, three originals and superstar guests such as Josh Groban and Vince Gill. McKnight's sons, Brian, Jr. and Nikolas, also join him on "Let It Snow."
