We may as well call this week the "Slept On Edition" because none of these artists is currently getting as much love as they should or could. Wake Up People! Everyone complains about the state of the music industry and all the commercial b.s. on the radio but when it comes time to support the artists who are working their hardest they seem to just get forgotten.
Fortunately more than a few of those artists have songs I haven't been able to shake, so I'm more than happy to present you with the 5 Songs I Can't Get Out Of My Head This Week!
First up to bat is Bobby Valentino ft. Yung Joc "Beep Beep"
His DTP days may be over but I see Bobby isn't playing around, and it looks like he has all of Atlanta behind him.
A personal favorite of mine is up next, Nina Sky ft. Rick Ross "Curtain Call"
This one is severely slept on. I don't know why, since they consistently make great music.
I'm gonna dedicate this one to my regular contributor DV One, who actually had to remind me that Anthony had a project coming out -- dude gets so little publicity.
Anthony Hamilton ft. David Banner "Cool"
Anthony Hamilton is another artist that makes nothing but good music, but never seems to get the recognition he deserves. I never would have imagined him working with David Banner but it really works. This beat knocks.
Solange is far from a small fry, but I think the whole world will be shocked if she ever successfully steps out of Beyonce's shadow. I can't knock lil' sis' hustle though. I have my bet on her album being far more creative than whatever Bey comes up with this year.

Possibly the jamminest (yep I made that word up) song on her album. Wish the official video was ready but since it's not y'all just gotta deal.
