Shannon Quits Danity Kane, First Look At Cadillac Records, Raphael Saadiq Gets "Soundproofed"

Danity Kane

Yikes! Looks like Diddy can't make a band for sh*t.  After giving D. Woods and Aubrey the old heave ho, new reports say Shannon has put in her walking papers and hotstepped it out the group.

Z-100's Elvis Duran reports: An insider just informed me that Shannon from MTV's Making The Band "Danity Kane" quit the band. This comes off of the heels of Diddy firing of Aubrey O'day and D.Woods. You remember Shannon, the nice, quiet, married girl who was a great team player. Well, guess little momma has more balls than all the rest of them! Tired of the drama, cat fights and Diddy, she hands in her microphone and tells Mr. Badboy Worldwide where to stick it!

They may as well call it a wrap. At this point Danity Kane is down to just two members. I guess another season of "Making The Band" will mean more auditions are in order.

Check out Mrs. Beyonce. Respect her flex! LOL. I know if I was wearing 7 inch stiletto boots my ass would be laying down getting creative with the poses too. Anyway, that's the lastest promo pic to come out of the Sasha Fierce camp. I also have a Cadillac Records trailer for you below:

And while we're on the subject of old soul. Have any of you copped Raphael Saadiq's The Way I See It album? I have it, but haven't listened too it much since I first got it because while I knew he was going for that "vintage sound" it sounded straight up like an old Motown album to me. Not that that's a bad thing at all, but it just sounded dated initially. I've sense changed my opinion, largely thanks to my homie Leah Rose's Flow TV show "SoundProof". Watch Leah chop it up with Raphael in the studio below:

For those of you who don't have Raphael's album yet, he does a preview for Leah in Part 2.
