Men's Health spends some time with the Princess of Crunk & B, Ciara for their November issue. The svelte singer posed for a special spread in the magazine and opened up with some good tips on staying focused while dating. Ciara also revealed that she's picked up her drive for performing from athletes.

"I take my motivation from athletes--basketball players in particular," Ciara said. " I love Michael Jordan. You can tell he chose to work hard to set himself outside the pack. That energy motivates me."

When it comes to dating, Ciara wants a man with the same intensity she has. "I like for a guy to have his own thing going on, a strong drive and focus--because that motivates me," she told Men's Health. "You can tell it's there when you talk to him, but it also shows in the way he carries himself--how he moves around a room. That confidence shows through. It's really intriguing to me, and I need to see this sort of great potential before I even talk to a guy." For a look at all of Ciara's Men's Health pics visit here.

I don't know about you but when I heard that F. Gary Gray is set to direct Marvin - a biopic of iconic singer Marvin Gaye I got more than a little bit excited. Variety reports the film will be produced by David Foster with Duncan McGillivray and that the production has complete music rights to Gaye's catalog of songs -including hits like "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," "Heard It Through the Grapevine," "What's Goin' On" and "Let's Get It On. Although a male lead hasn't been announced, the actor cast in the role is expected to lip synch to Gaye's original recordings. Gray's Marvin will cover the singer's entire life including his rise at Motown, his defiance of Berry Gordy with the recording of "What's Goin' On," and his death in 1984.

Marvin isn't the only Marvin Gaye film in the works, James Gandolfini is currently producing Sexual Healing (which stars Jesse L. Martin) which is said to focus on Gaye's declining years in the music industry, since the film only received the rights to Gaye's post-Motown career. I'm eager to see them both, hopefully the films will stand up to other legends biopics like Walk The Line and Ray.

Last but not least, Big Boy and Luscious Liz went backstage with Ne-Yo at Big Boy's Backstage Breakfast recently where the Def Jam star performed songs off his three albums- clips of hits "Miss Independent," "Because Of You" and "Closer" shown below. The duo also hit him with the "hat of forbidden questions," basically requiring Ne-Yo to answer a bunch of tough question without hesitating. Check the video to find out when he lost his virginity, how many groupies he's snuggled up to and why he'd like to slap Yung Berg.
